E-BOARD

The Centre is a company limited by guarantee that endeavors to achieve high standards of corporate governance in corporations and institutions through training, education, research, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation... The CCG E-Board facilitates Board members to undertake a number of Board activities such as Board Evaluation. Within the E-Board Evaluation, the Board reviews the extent of its effectiveness and initiates mechanism for improvement.
