AiRen Chen brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting to his role as DOSSY ' V.P. of Finance. AiRen Chen was formerly a key member of the DOSSY Inc finance team upon joining in 2006. During her time at DOSSY Inc, she contributed to the implementation and continual improvement of DOSSY Inc's Internal Controls over Financial Reporting . Additionally, she was responsible for completing subsidiary financials for roll-up into the consolidated financial statements filed.

Chenny Chen is a proven sales leader, bringing over 8 years of experience in the cooling fan industry to his role as VP of Sales for DOSSY. Chenny was formerly the VP of Sales at DOSSY Inc from 2018 to 2021, where he helped the organization better serve the complex needs of their quickly growing global OEM customer base as well as oversee DOSSY Inc's channel expansion strategy.
As DOSSY ' COO, Mark ZHENG manages the day-to-day operations of the business and works to provide strategic direction for the organization. Mark formerly served in various leadership roles at DOSSY Inc upon joining in 2001, which allowed him to gain a unique understanding of the Ventilation Equipment business model, its products, and its target customers.
At DOSSY Inc, Mark started as a market research analyst, later transitioning into a product manager role and then a division manager role for DOSSY Inc's export business unit where he oversaw sales and product development. During his tenure managing this group, Mark quickly expanded the product portfolio and customer base, helping to establish it as the fastest growing business unit for DOSSY Inc at the time. From 2010 to 2019, Mark served as Vice President of Global Marketing at DOSSY Inc. In that time, Mark successfully established a centralized product marketing department within the company. He has also implemented a number of programs and processes that greatly increased awareness and visibility of DOSSY Inc within the industry, strengthened brand equity, and positioned the company for strong global growth.
As CEO for DOSSY, XIYOU ZHENG leads the growth strategy for the company, focusing on acquisition, channel growth, and technology development. XIYOU ZHENG previously worked in various functions for DOSSY Inc for over 20 years (as a estabilisher ), which gained him intimate knowledge of the cooling fan business, its operations, and its opportunities for growth.
Over the years, Mr. ZHENG positioned DOSSY Inc for growth through sales and operation expansion as well as channel development. Among many other things, he facilitated CCC certification, a quality management system, provided structure to global logistics, and implemented DOSSY Inc's ERP system, which allowed for more visibility and analysis opportunities.
Mr. ZHENG brings a background in leadership from a variety of fields, giving him valuable insight into leadership in the 21st century.
