EVERGREEN CARE - Key Persons
Julie is our Registered Care Manager and is responsible for overseeing Care Services and Operations at our Stamford Office. Julie has nearly 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care provision both as a practitioner and also with several years as a Registered Care Manager.
Julie takes pride in her leadership role supporting the team in providing quality care and achieving positive outcomes for those we serve in the local community.
Julie has effectively managed other homecare services, gaining considerable experience in reviewing and streamlining processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness while committed to ensuring that member's needs are met and that staff feel valued and supported.
Julie was attracted to the Evergreen ethos and the different approach to provision as a not for profit organisation and charity. Our values of strong partnership working and serving the community through large scale voluntary activity was very appealing. This coupled with the fact that Evergreen has well established paid for services means that we are able to offer an holistic approach to our Members' care needs, and provide meaningful solutions, especially in tackling loneliness and social isolation.
Julie is jointly committed with her team, to continue building on the strong foundations of Evergreen into the future.
As part of her role, Julie is responsible for managing Reception, Administration and Frontline care staff.
Louise Marsh now serves Evergreen UK operations and front line care staff through Workforce development planning and training.
