Chuck Winters

Chuck Winters is the son of Fred and Becky Winters of Rio Grande, Ohio and is currently an Assistant Professor of Business and Information Technology at the University of Rio Grande and a former high school football coach. After obtaining a Marketing Education degree from Bowling Green State University he spent 12 years as a project manager in the healthcare field managing multi-million dollar projects which helped him obtain the necessary skills in organization, communication, and dedication in serving his customers. Along the way, he earned a Master's in Business Administration degree from the University of Rio Grande which enabled him to start his own athletic recruiting business. He and his wife Lynnie, along with three of their five children, live on their family farm right outside of Rio Grande, Ohio. He has been very active, serving in our community youth sports organization's and is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is very excited to start his new career in real estate with his primary focus on serving you in your real estate needs. "I would highly recommend Chuck! Joe Moore

Joe Moore is the son of Herb and Jean Moore of Vinton, Ohio, and owners of McCoy-Moore Funeral Homes in Vinton and Gallipolis. Growing up in a family funeral business Joe learned the meaning of hard work, trust, and service to others. After obtaining a double major in Business Management and Mortuary Science from the University of Rio Grande he worked in the family business. While serving his apprenticeship at McCoy-Moore Funeral Homes he purchased the former Daniel M. Evans Insurance in Vinton then later Jack L. Adams Insurance as well as Blackburn Realty in Gallipolis, Ohio. Now with his wife Sarah, they are the primary Brokers at Evans-Moore Realty & Insurance in Gallipolis. The TEAM approach has given Evans-Moore the edge over others by investing in our superior staff, cutting edge technology and innovative services demanded by clients and customers today. Active in several service and volunteer groups in the area Joe & Sarah continue to give back to the area by advancing area Sport, Social & Civic groups as well as area Schools, Churches, and public & private Arts councils.

Lisa Hackworth

Lisa Hackworth began her educational journey as a graduate of Gallia Academy High School. Her advanced education includes a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland. Lisa obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University as well as a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio University. Lisa has been a licensed insurance agent in Ohio representing major lines, accident, health, life, and variable since 2004, in addition to her license as a real estate sales agent acquired in 2023. Lisa and her husband, Tim, currently reside in Meigs County, just outside of Wilkesville. She grew up in Gallia County where her two daughters and their families currently reside.

Sarah Evans-Moore

Sarah Evans-Moore is the daughter of Clyde and Rosemary Evans of Rio Grande, Ohio, and former Division I Basketball player and coach. She played her collegiate basketball at Standford University in Palo Alto, California as a standout student-athlete majoring in Economics. After college, she coached at Murry State, Lousiville, and the University of Georga as an assistant coach before securing the job as Head Women's Basketball Coach at Marshall University in Huntington, WVA. After 5 seasons at Marshall, the first-ever Southern Conference Tournament title for the Lady Herd and a trip to the NCAA Tournament in Colorado she decided to concentrate on her family and community. Her son Owen, a student-athlete at the University of Chicago and Daughter Leia, as a student-athlete at the University of Virginia at Wise, VA are grounding forces in her life. She obtained her Real Estate Sales & Brokers Licenses and with her husband Joe purchased the former Blackburn Realty in Gallipolis which is now known today as Evans-Moore Realty & Insurance in Gallipolis, Ohio
