Barry Fagan

Mr. Fagan is a frequent lecturer at seminars through the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Michigan Association for Justice and has given presentations on topics including Trial Skills, Proving Damages in Employment Discrimination Cases, "Investigating the Egregious Harassment Case," "The Ultimate Trial Notebook for Employment Attorneys," and "The Ten Biggest Mistakes My Opponents Make." Mr. Fagan is an appointed case evaluator for the Wayne County Circuit Court. He is a member of many professional organizations, including the Michigan Association for Justice and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Fagan has also been selected as a "Michigan Super Lawyer" by FindLaw since 2007 and has been selected for inclusion by his peers in "The Best Lawyers in America®" in the field of Labor and Employment Law since 2010 and was selected as one of the 2019 "Lawyers of the Year" award recipients in the field of Employment Law. He was also selected by dbusiness Magazine as one of the "Top Lawyers in Metro Detroit" in 2019 and has been selected for inclusion in "Leading Lawyers" since 2015.

Ryan Rosenberg

Ryan Rosenberg joined Fagan McManus, P.C. as an Associate Attorney and focuses her practice exclusively in plaintiff's employment law matters. Ryan started with Fagan McManus as a law clerk in May 2019, where she gained hands-on experience and training with Barry and Jennifer in all areas of employment law. Before graduating from Wayne State University Law School, Ryan distinguished herself both inside and outside the classroom. Ryan was a recipient of the Gold Key Scholarship Certificate for GPA over 3.9 for 2018-2019, and she was chosen by the Dean as a recipient of the John W. Reed Endowed Scholarship for demonstration of academic excellence. Ryan was a dedicated member to Wayne Law's Mock Trial Program. She won the program's intra-school competition in 2018, and competed in the national mock trial competition sponsored by the American Association for Justice in Chicago, Illinois. Ryan served as a mentor to the next class of Mock Trial advocates as a Senior Mock Trial E-Board Member in 2019-2020. Ryan was also a student-attorney for the Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic, and the 2018-2019 President of the Criminal Law Society. Ryan earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in History from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Ryan is admitted to practice law in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. She is currently serving as a Councilmember of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law section, and is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice's Leadership Academy, Class of 2023-2024. Ryan is also going to be a featured speaker at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's 49 th Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute, presenting updates to the Family Medical Leave Act. In 2023, Ryan was honored to be selected in the Detroit Jewish News' "36 Under 36" for her dedication to helping members of the Jewish community that have been subject to employment discrimination.
