Anthony Gardiner

Anthony Gardiner has worked in catering for 20 years, He trained locally at Thanet college and has worked locally in venues including the Fayreness hotel, Lester ™s restaurant, Eddie Gilberts seafood restaurant (2010-2012) which was in the Michelin Good Food Guide and most recently Michael Caines Abode hotel in Canterbury (2012-2014). In 2014 Anthony took over the franchise at Stonelees Golf Club as an opportunity to run his own business and also to work on reducing his golf handicap! He is passionate about using produce from our local suppliers and using these to create good wholesome freshly prepared food. Using the experience of these varied businesses, Anthony has created a series of menus to cater for all of our customers, from breakfast made with good quality locally sourced ingredients, to wedding parties with mouth-watering choices of modern cuisine.
