FIDELIS LAW DROIT - Key Persons
Chantal is a hard worker; driven and competitive. However, more than anything else, she is motivated by wanting to help others. She is inspired by the following quote from Albert Einstein: "Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value". Her own life experiences have taught her the importance of lifting others who need a hand - which is why she chose a career in law in the first place, and why she is dedicated to assisting injured victims navigate the legal process, advocate for their rights and interests and right the wrongs done to them.
Gabrielle Robichaud completed a Juris Doctor at the Université de Moncton in April 2022. She subsequently completed her articling at Fidelis Law and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in June 2023. When she is not working, Gabrielle enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes supporting her three young children in their various activities.
Before becoming a Lawyer and joining Fidelis, Gabrielle was a Registered Nurse at the Moncton Hospital for ten years, mostly working in Oncology, Palliative Care, and Family Medicine. Even though Gabrielle is no longer working as a nurse, she still carries her nursing expertise - including her caring and compassion skills - with her in the legal field:
"When I meet new clients for the first time after their accident, and as I am collecting the necessary information from them, I feel like I am using both my nursing skills and my legal skills. Many of our clients are recovering from serious injuries, and having a medical background helps in understanding the challenges they are facing and what kinds of support they will need. In personal injury law, I truly feel like both my nursing and my legal skill sets are combined."
