The idea of Fresh Air Training was born out of a desire to provide specialised first aid training other outdoor skills to individuals and groups in a professional and relaxed manner, training that puts people first... With the arrival of three small children, its founder, Glyn Gower, wanted to spend less time away from home and work locally. Based in the heart of the New Forest 10 minutes from Lymington we run training courses in First Aid and other outdoor skills. With our experienced team, our training courses are enjoyable and inspiring.
