He is Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Cybersecurity domain from Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM) Geneva, Switzerland. He has diverse software consulting, delivery, cybersecurity and maintenance area expertise of about 20 years. He is Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication field, has done DSP & Applications course from IIT-Madras. Also, he did Executive Management studies in HR & Marketing from IIT-Bombay. He is also an international author of the book "Air Team Theory : Understanding 10 Types of Team Mates and Best Practices to Succeed". He is Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and PCI-DSS Implementer. He has also successfully completed "Diploma in Cyber Law" course conducted by Government Law College, Mumbai and Asian School of Cyber Laws. He is also Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Certified Blockchain Developer. He has worked as Assessment Team Member (ATM) for CMMi Level 5 certificate. He has got lot many awards during his career for his techno-functional contributions to various assignments. Shekhar is member of Computer Society of India (CSI), TiE Mumbai and several International Business Networks. His entrepreneurship interviews and technical articles are published in many different leading magazines and global newsletters. He is also helping our college students through his motivational speaking in different events and seminars through few technical and management colleges. He is also contributor at EC-Council as CEH Item Writer. He worked with Capgemini India Pvt Ltd for almost 8 years of career. During his tenure with Capgemini he played different roles as consultant, technical leader, risk management, performance enhancements, security audits and fixtures, incident management, architect, pre-sales, deployment strategies, 24 X 7 Production Support leadership, Interview Panel and Software Maintenance Activities. He was manager of big software professional team and multiple technologies handling different delivery models serving key account of organization. His team got best team award for financial year 2014, during his leadership. Shekhar Pawar founded GrassDew IT Solutions Private Limited in January 2016.
