Our CEO and President, Dr. Cherise Hemmings founded Heights Consulting, LLC in 2014 while working for a leading healthcare provider. She is a result-oriented professional with over 14 years of Business Management and Human Resource Management experience in the private sector. As a consultant, Dr. Hemmings believes that processes are assets and have worked on diverse business management and technology projects. This led her to develop her unique models "Simplified Flow of Work," Strategic Human Resources to Execute Business Goals," and "Learning in the Flow." By using "Strategic Human Resources to Execute Business Goals" model and her financial acumen, Dr. Hemmings partners with clients to adopt the appropriate human resource management strategy to drive financial results. The "Learning in the Flow" model builds a talent pipeline and reduces costs (hiring, training, employee turnover, and opportunity). This model is an investment in human capital from on-boarding, one-the-job, to the next level opportunity. Dr. Hemmings enjoys working side-by-side with clients and delving into their operations. She holds a Master of Human Resource Management from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from Capella University. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of the office, Dr. Hemmings volunteers at senior living facilities. She can also be found outside biking or indoors reading or working on an interior design project.
