Our company headquarters in Geesthacht are the birthplace of thousands of product ideas and designs, leading to the development of 400 new products every year, amounting to more than 200,000 boxes being shipped to toy stores and gift shops as well as grocery stores in Germany, Europe and the whole world. This does not happen all by itself. From first product ideas and initial illustration and design drafts to marketing, distribution and shipment - all steps, the manufacturing being the only exception, are taken in-house. For this we have a 10-person team in our product development section, up to 35 creative heads working in our design and illustration department, more than 120 highly motivated staff in sales force, 40 people in our back office and 115 employees forming our logistics team - we simply love insourcing!...
