Cathal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009 having commenced his finance career in practice. Prior to joining the IAC Group in 2015 Cathal was part of the management team with an international software company based in Toronto, Canada. Cathal has held a number of positions within the IAC Group, most recently serving as Group Financial Controller for Eirtech Aviation Services prior to taking up the IAC Group CFO role in June 2022.

Emmett started his production management career in the FMCG manufacturing environment. Emmett joined IAC in 2006 as a Production Manager and he has contributed to the growth and expansion of the company over the past 16 years. Emmett has supported the establishment of IAC hangars in multiple Global locations. During his time with IAC Emmett has also held a number of positions in our EASA Part 145 businesses. Emmett is a Science graduate from the University of Limerick with Post Graduate Qualifications in Management and Marketing from University Collage Cork

John joined IAC in July 2021 as Global Human Resources Director for the Group. John has over 25 years HR, Talent Management and Employee Relations experience. Prior to joining IAC, John held Senior HR positions with several multinational companies, including UCB, Precision Castparts Corporation, GEA, Adobe Systems and Xerox, and has worked in numerous sectors, including, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, services and software. John holds a first-class MBA and Post-graduate Diploma in Executive Management, a BA (Hons.) in Accounting & HRM, a diploma in Industrial Relations and a diploma in Coaching. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) for over 20 years.

Martin has +20 years of experience providing finance support to multinational companies across a number of industries.
His wealth of finance experience ranges across operations support, back office accounting & auditing, financial services, after sales support & project management.
Martin has been part of the IAC Leadership Team since 2015, acting as Chief Financial Officer for the European & Asian regions.
He has since expanded his role, becoming the Global Chief Financial Officer for IAC, along with continuing to act as Chief Financial Officer for a sister company Eirtech Aviation Services.
Martin holds a Masters Degree in European & International Accounting and Auditing from University College Cork and is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of Ireland.

As a sales professional Patrick has over 10 years' experience in Strategic Marketing and Sales who began his career originally lecturing in Marketing and Organisational Behaviour. Patrick joined IAC in 2012 where his core areas of responsibilities were Aircraft Refinishing, Aircraft Interior Refurbishment and Aircraft Graphics. In his current role as CCO Patrick is focused on developing and delivering on the commercial strategy for IAC.

Paul joined IAC in 2011 working as a production manager at our Dublin location. Paul spent some time as production manager in Ostrava, followed by a number of years at the Shannon location. Paul then worked as General Manager of the Victorville CA facility from 2015-2017, and from 2017-2019 headed up the Singapore (SIAEC) paint facility. Paul has been based in the US corporate office in Irvine since 2019 managing the US production operations on a daily basis. Paul hold BAI Civil Engineering and BA Maths degrees from Trinity College, Dublin and has a special interest in surfing.

Shannon now consists of two environmentally controlled paint hangers. The original has the capacity to paint 2 A320 aircraft or up to Boeing 767 aircraft. It can take 1 A321 or 1 B757 at a time.
Hanger 2 has been designed with sustainability and efficiency at the forefront, featuring LED lighting, maximum natural light, an air recirculation system and a heat recovery system for exhaust air. Based on customer requirements, Hanger 2 can accommodate Airbus A380 aircraft and aircraft under development such as the A350-1000 and Boeing 777X.
In addition, Shannon is also the home of our Part 145C Interiors workshop. Engineering back up is available to support seat cover / foam assembly changes, cabin reconfigurations, seat interface loads, LOPA and weight and balance
