Colin is a Licensed Building Practitioner and has a wealth of experience having started his apprenticeship back in 1968 and with over 51 years of knowledge in the Building and Construction Industry. Colin has worked on new homes, contract bespoke builds, commercial development, residential extensions and renovations - no job has been too big or too small for Colin as he has seen it all.

Peter Bueth is a hard working professional and practical Licensed Building Practitioner with over 30 years experience in building and construction. Peter is a Gisborne local born and bred and has built alot of residential properties across the Gisborne Tairawhiti region.

Ray joined the Inspect house NZ Team bringing his comprehensive experience of over 55 years in the construction industry including 20 plus years experience as a senior building inspector for Auckland District Councils. Ray has an extensive knowledge of the construction Industry and holds several qualifications including an Advanced Trade Certificate in Carpentry. Ray specialises in residential and commercial building reports along with Safe and Sanitary and Special Purpose building inspections.

Simon is a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 35 years of experience in building and construction across multiple countries such as the UK, USA and the Waikato region of the North Island and the Queenstown region of the South Island of New Zealand. Simon has worked on residential and commercial builds ranging from all different shapes and sizes with architectural builds, office interiors and fit outs, residential development and renovations to high end spec builds. Simon's experience speaks for itself.
