Alex Pollack

Alex has spent over 20 years in Financial Services working across a wide set of global client segments covering multiple asset classes. He is today head of the 21Shares business in the UK and Israel, a leading global digital assets firm and lives in London with his wife and daughter. Before joining 21Shares in December 2021, Alex spent the previous 15 years at BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including as the BlackRock and iShares Country Head for Israel for over a decade. Under his leadership, BlackRock became the largest global asset manager in Israel and opened an office in Tel Aviv, which included the establishment of a technology centre.

Andrew M. Hutter

Andrew M. Hutter, MD was elected the national and international chairman of the Board of Directors of Israel Bonds on February 28, 2024. Andrew has been involved with Israel Bonds for more than 20 years and has spearheaded many committees during that time. He began his tenure with leadership positions in metro New Jersey, serving as chairman of the medical division and then general chairman of the metro New Jersey campaign. He also co-founded the national medical division of Israel Bonds. Andrew has led many medical delegations to Israel on behalf of Israel Bonds. Nationally, he has served on the board for 15 years, most recently as vice chairman and treasurer of the board of directors. As chairman of the Mentorship Program, Andrew was instrumental in developing the next generation of Bonds leaders. He is proud that his wife Barbara and their children have taken an active role with Israel Bonds as well. Andrew is a graduate of Howard University College of Medicine and is an orthopedic surgeon in New Jersey

Dani Naveh assumed the office of president & CEO of Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds in December 2021. Dani came to Israel Bonds with extensive experience, holding key positions in government and the business and financial sectors. In government, he served as minister of health, a position in which he helped the national health care system to a post-recession turnaround, stabilizing it during one of Israel's deepest and most severe financial crises. As minister of parliamentary affairs, Dani coordinated between the government and Knesset. As a member of the Knesset, Dani served on committees that included Foreign Affairs & Defense; Constitution, Law and Justice; and Rights of the Child. He also headed the lobby for securing the release of IDF POW and MIA soldiers. Moreover, prior to his ministerial positions, he served as cabinet secretary, administrating and coordinating the government agenda, its meetings and committees. As cabinet secretary, he led the Israeli side of the steering committee with the Palestinian Authority, and played a key role in the negotiating team that reached two major agreements with the Palestinians - the Wye River Memorandum and Hebron Agreement. He also played a central position in the continuing dialog between Israel and the U.S. Administration, and coordinated Israeli government activities against antisemitism. Previously, he served as an adviser to Israel's minister of Defense and Foreign Affairs. Dani moved to the business sector in 2007. He was an active chairman of the board of Clal Insurance and Finance, one of the largest financial groups in Israel, managing $60 billion in financial assets. He is the founder of Health Care Venture Capital Group, which established three funds, specializing in the field of MedTech and health care. He was the founder and chairman of the board of Sure-Tech investments, a public partnership investing in Insurtech and Fintech.

Fred Zeidman

Fred Zeidman serves as chair of WoodRock & Co., a full-service investment bank, and chairman emeritus of Gordian Group LLC, a U.S. investment bank specializing in board-level advice in complex, distressed, or ‘story' financial matters. Fred is also co-chairman and director of the Council for a Secure America, an organization focused on the importance of Israel to the security of America. He also served as CEO and co-chairman of Good Works Acquisition Corp., a publicly held Special Purpose Acquisition Corp., until its sale. Fred is chair emeritus of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, to which he was appointed by President George W. Bush in March 2002, serving until 2010. Jason Schwartz

Jason is the senior managing director and assistant general counsel of Stonebriar Commercial Finance, North America's largest independent commercial leasing company. Jason's involvement in Israel Bonds began in 2007. After helping to expand the organization's local North Texas campaign, Jason went on to become both national, and then international, chairman of Israel Bonds' new leadership division, where he played a key role in achieving dramatic growth in engagement by younger investors in Israel Bonds and its activities. Jason also serves on the boards of the Association for Development of Israel, Inc. and Camp Young Judaea, Inc. and is active in the leadership of several other philanthropic and community organizations throughout the United States and Israel.

Jonathan Lewis

Laura B. Orzy

Born in South Africa, Laura Orzy moved to New York City after university and worked as a Senior Manager for one of the largest American international corporate agencies. She immigrated in 1989 to Toronto after marrying her Canadian husband and raised three children, all of whom served in the IDF. Laura helped to establish the highly successful and often replicated Toronto Israel Bonds Bar/Bat Mitzvah program. She subsequently became Chair of Israel Bonds Women's Division, Toronto and thereafter, International Chair of Israel Bonds Women's Division - the first to chair both the U.S. and International regions. Laura has served on the board of Canada's largest synagogue and has chaired and run various programs with multiple Jewish organizations. In 2018, Laura made Aliyah and lives in Tel Aviv.

Michael Siegal
