Aaron is a mortgage consultant with Tradition Mortgage. He graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2016 with a degree in Accounting. He started his career in mortgage with Wells Fargo, working in loss mitigation. Aaron joined Tradition Mortgage in the Spring of 2017, managing the appraisal desk and assisting with initial disclosures. He received his Mortgage Loan Officer License in 2018 and has since moved into an origination capacity. He finds great pleasure in solving problems and helping people save money. His hobbies include men's league hockey, rock climbing, crossword puzzles, and playing music. He loves going up to his family's cabin on Leech Lake in Walker, MN.

Adam is a Partner with Tradition Mortgage and has been a dedicated member of the organization since his 2001 graduation from St. Olaf College where he earned a B.A. in Economics and played four years of hockey. He holds a Minnesota Mortgage Specialist (MMS) designation which represents a commitment to the lending industry through education, ethics and experience. With almost two decades of work as a mortgage banker, Adam has a vast knowledge of loan programs and prides himself on being up to date on the best available options for his clients. Adam has a reputation for providing top tier customer service to everyone he interacts with making the home buying, building or refinancing process an easy and stress free experience for his customers.
Adam grew up in White Bear Lake and is married to his lifelong friend Sara. They reside in Woodbury and have been blessed with a son and twin daughters. He enjoys cheering for all MN sports teams, traveling, playing golf and coaching youth sports.

Andy Woessner joined Tradition Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Consultant in the spring of 2012. As a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Andy's previous professional career consists of two years as a lender with Norwest Mortgage, eight years as a sales consultant with Renewal by Andersen, and six years as a real estate agent with Edina Realty. Andy's previous professional experience lends itself to providing both his clients and counterparts with a confident and worry-free transaction every time. Outside of work, Andy resides in Hudson, Wisconsin with his wife Connie and their two sons, George and Henry. He is the boys and girls JV and Varsity Head Trap Coach for Hill-Murray High School and enjoys spending time outdoors with a passion for hunting and fly fishing.
Betsy joined Tradition Mortgage in October of 2015 as a Mortgage Consultant. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2002 with a degree in Human Resources Management. Betsy previously worked in Human Resources at HomeServices of America. Betsy lives in Woodbury with her husband Nate and their two daughters - Ava and Jenna. Betsy enjoys traveling and spending time at their cabin with her family, as well as watching her daughters dance competitively.

Bob Quick is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Tradition Mortgage. He graduated from Northwestern College in Roseville, MN in 1991. Bob started his career 22 years ago in the finance field. Bob currently resides in Andover, MN with his wife Amber and their three kids Grace, Micah, and Eden. Bob has been President and treasurer of the Priority Networkers group in Prior Lake. Bob enjoys playing soccer and enjoys all the MN sports teams as well.

Chad Blofield is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Tradition Mortgage. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1994. Chad started his career at Tradition Mortgage in 2002. Chad is married to his wife Julie, and they have two children - Lucas & Olivia. They currently live in Shakopee. Chad enjoys golfing, hockey, and other various sports and outdoor activities.

Chris Keller is a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Tradition Mortgage. He has been in the mortgage banking industry since 2002 and with Tradition Mortgage since 2009. With the majority of those years spent working on the operations and closing side of the business, Chris has a great understanding of the entire mortgage picture and what it takes to help a client through the process from start to finish.
When not in the office, Chris enjoys spending time with friends at concerts, sporting events, the golf course, and watching his horse race at Canterbury.
Chris joined Tradition Mortgage in October 2020. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, he has a degree in Business Management and played four years of hockey for the Gusties. He has spent the last 20+ years working in Corporate and Small Business, as well as Residential Investment Properties. Whether you are building/buying a home, purchasing a vacation home or refinancing an existing property, Chris can help customize a plan that will help meet your needs. When not working, Chris can be found on the golf course or coaching hockey with the High School Elite League, Os Hockey, and the Minnesota Whitecaps. Christy Carr is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Tradition Mortgage. She started her lending career in 2001 and has built a network from referral-driven business and satisfied customers. Christy is passionate about helping people, she has worked on every side of the mortgage transaction and is committed to excellent communication throughout the entire process. Christy lives in Plymouth with her husband, Chris, and two daughters. Christy enjoys staying active through traveling, golfing, and keeping up with her girls.
Corey McKenzie joined Tradition Mortgage in October of 2021 after 14 years working in Information Technology sales. Corey has teamed up with one of Tradition's founding Partners, Tom Buslee, and is well versed in mortgage products to serve clients and business partners. Corey prides himself on his professionalism, attention to detail and customer service through each and every transaction.
Corey graduated from Saint John's University in 2002 and currently lives in Spirit of Brandtjen Farms in Lakeville, MN. Corey and his wife Mandy have two children, Hudson & Asher. Away from the office, Corey enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as coaching his two boys in hockey & baseball.
Dan is an 11 year veteran of the mortgage industry who prides himself on delivering exceptional service for clients and business partners. He is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he studied marketing and played baseball. Dan stays active today playing hockey and volunteering as an umpire for youth baseball in White Bear Lake and Saint Paul. He currently resides in White Bear Lake and has a son and daughter. Additional hobbies Dan enjoys include fishing, biking, and golf.

Dane Larson is a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Tradition Mortgage. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Luther College (Decorah, IA), and has been in the mortgage industry since 2012. Dane now resides in Woodbury, MN with his wife (Meghan), son (Ray), and dog (Finn). When not in the office, Dane enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing basketball.
Dylan has been a partner with Tradition Mortgage since its inception in 1998. As a loan officer, he has developed a large referral network based on trust and professionalism. This network proved to be the foundation of Dylan's business, and has achieved producer of the year designation several times. In his role as Sales Manager, Dylan has mentored current and new employees, helping Tradition Mortgage become one of the top independent Mortgage Company's in the Upper Mid-West.
Dylan earned his B.A. in Economics from St. Olaf College in 1997. He also spent a semester studying Economics at the University of Lancaster, Lancashire, England.
By achieving industry designations of Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) and Minnesota Mortgage Specialist (MMS), Dylan is proud to have met the highest professional standards of his profession. This designation represents his commitment to the industry in the form of mortgage lending experience, continuing education, and an agreement to abide by a code of ethics.

Erik is an original founding partner of Tradition Mortgage in 1998, and currently serves as the company President. Erik has over 20 years of mortgage and banking industry experience. Besides overseeing Tradition Mortgage, Erik runs Tradition Construction Capital, a finance company affiliate of the Tradition Companies, which provides construction funding to local area builders. Erik holds a degree in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN), where he also played four years of varsity hockey and football. Erik and his wife, Leah, have three daughters (Gwen, Lily, and Eva) and have been residents in Edina since 2001. When not immersed in the lending business, Erik is heavily involved in coaching girls' hockey and flag football in Edina.

Erika is a Senior Mortgage Consultant, originating loans with Tradition Mortgage since 1999. She is a native of Minnesota, graduate of the University of Iowa, and has resided in Bowling Green, OH since 2010 where her husband Ty is a Men's Hockey Coach. She is licensed to lend in both MN and OH.
In addition to almost 20 years' experience, Erika's focus is always on finding the best mortgage solution for her clients, doing things with integrity and using the team approach at Tradition Mortgage to operate with a high level of efficiency.
Ty and Erika have 3 children - Peter, Ellie and Kate. Erika's free time is spent traveling & watching the kids play multiple sports, supporting the Falcon Hockey team, early morning workouts and volunteering at the kids' schools and their parish.
Jason is an original founding partner of Tradition Mortgage in 1998, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Jason has over 20 years of mortgage and banking industry experience. Besides running the day-to-day operations of Tradition Mortgage, Jason also services as Chief Manager of Esquire Title. He graduated from St. John's University in 1994 and began his career with Wells Fargo. Jason and his wife Lisa have three kids, Nick, Sophia, and Gianna. They currently live in Woodbury, MN. Jason enjoys coaching hockey & lacrosse and spending time with his family at their cabin in Amery, WI.

Jason Decker is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Tradition Mortgage. He started his lending career at Wells Fargo in 2001, before finding his permanent home at Tradition Mortgage in 2003. He has over 18 years of residential mortgage loan experience, specializing in 1-4 unit mortgage loan origination. One of only a few individuals in Minnesota recognized nationally as a "Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist" (CRMS). He is also accredited by the Minnesota Mortgage Association as a "Minnesota Mortgage Specialist" (MMS). Jason earned his B.A. in Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2001. Jason and his wife Lisa reside in Lakeville with their three sons, Kaden, Rylan, and Hudson (and dog Boomer). Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and attending his son's sports activities.

Jim is a Vice President and Partner at Tradition Mortgage and began his career in Mortgage Banking in 1996. By consistently exceeding expectations Jim and his team have earned a stellar reputation and proudly manage strategic relationships within some of Minnesota's largest Law Enforcement Agencies, Fire Departments, Public School Districts, Home Builders, and privately owned businesses. Jim believes that honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of any successful relationship and our customers and business partners have come to appreciate this approach.
Jim grew up in Wayzata and graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business Management. When not at the office, you can find Jim with his wife and son enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Jim is passionate about his faith, youth sports, hunting, and fishing. As a Minnesota native, Jim truly enjoys all four seasons and appreciates the diversity that the great state of Minnesota offers.
Born and raised in Northern MN, Joey and his wife of 18 yrs, Melissa, have lived in Minnesota since 2009. They have two boys, Brason and Tyler. If leadership is measured by action instead of position, Joey is a leader indeed! Joey loves spending time outdoors with his boys, often organizing a game of hockey, lacrosse, or baseball with the neighborhood kids in the back yard. Joey also coaches Brason and Tyler's hockey, soccer, and lacrosse teams.
A coach on and off the field (or ice, as the case may be), Joey is prepared to guide his team through any loan situation that might arise. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he has gotten his hands dirty time and again, digging into a situation to find the best solution for all involved. Joey's team-oriented mentality says, "Let's go!" as everybody works toward a common goal. More than anything, Joey likes to help people achieve their dreams, no matter how small or big they are.
