David is a lifelong Southern California native. Having started his management career in the early 90's, he has seen all types of market cycles. He's directed more than 400 acquisitions and sales. He's a hands-on owner, and meets every client to learn about their unique property and listen to their specific objectives.
Trained at the Wharton School of Business in real estate and legal studies, Kyle is a licensed broker. He spent time with CBRE on the West Coast, and also worked on the East Coast as an acquisitions analyst for KTR Capital Partners before coming home to LAPMG.
