The medicines listed have been approved by previous Medway and Swale governance processes. Since the formation of Kent and Medway CCG in April 2020, newer governance arrangements have been established. All additional medicines are now ratified by Kent and Medway Clinical Cabinet and implemented by Medway and Swale ICP for formulary application process click here.
