Adrienne Pitts - Chief Legal Officer

Ms. Pitts serves as General Counsel for JLC Infrastructure and Managing Director and General Counsel for Loop Capital and all of its affiliates. Ms. Pitts is responsible for all legal aspects of the firm's various business lines, asset management, consulting, equity trading & research, and investment banking business units. Ms. Pitts joined Loop after almost twenty years in private practice, first as an equity litigation partner and trial lawyer, then as an equity corporate partner in three Chicago law firms, Winston & Strawn, Sidley Austin and Baker & McKenzie. Ms. Pitts is an honors Juris Doctor graduate of Boston University School of Law and earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Pitts is bar licensed in state of Illinois and has been admitted to practice in several federal district and appellate courts, including the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Andrew Kim - Managing Director

Mr. Kim is a Managing Director and a core member of the senior investment team, leading JLC's investment efforts in the sustainable energy, natural gas and utility sectors. He brings 22 years of energy infrastructure investment origination and asset management experience to the JLC platform. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Kim led energy investment efforts in the Americas for Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners, an investment manager which has raised over $10bn in private infrastructure capital since 2006. He has successfully executed and managed investments across the energy spectrum, including investments in over 2 GW of wind, solar and conventional power projects globally, and utilities serving over 2.5 million customers. In 2007, Mr. Kim was one of the original team members in JPMorgan Asset Management's infrastructure platform, which was an early participant in the initial wave of infrastructure-focused private equity strategies launched in the U.S. He currently serves on the boards of Greenskies Clean Focus and Northeast Energy Center and holds a B.A., cum laude, from Harvard College.

Daniel Stalun - VP

Mr. Stalun is a Vice President and member of the investment team in the New York office. Mr. Stalun joined JLC in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing, execution, due diligence, and asset management of JLC investments. Mr. Stalun has 11 years of experience in infrastructure project finance and public private partnerships (P3) across multiple sectors, including utilities, renewable energy, transportation, and social infrastructure. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Stalun was a Senior Associate at Harrison Street, a private equity firm based in Chicago, IL, where he executed and asset managed P3 investments for the firm's Social Infrastructure Fund. Prior to Harrison Street, Mr. Stalun served as Vice President at Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, advising clients on P3 procurements and corporate renewable energy transactions. Prior to EY, Mr. Stalun was Assistant Vice President at Siemens Financial Services, where he was responsible for structuring and underwriting debt transactions for energy projects across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Before working for Siemens, Mr. Stalun was a certified public accountant on the audit team at Frazier & Deeter, LLC, a regional accounting firm in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Stalun holds a B.B.A and Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University.

Earvin Johnson

Mr. Johnson is a co-founder of JLC Infrastructure. Having left the basketball court for the boardroom, Earvin "Magic" Johnson has successfully parlayed his skills and tenacity from the court into the business world as Chairman and CEO of Magic Johnson Enterprises (MJE). MJE provides high-quality products and services that focus primarily on ethnically diverse and underserved urban communities. Mr. Johnson made history in 2012 when he became co-owner of MLB's Los Angeles Dodgers. He also co-owns the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA, Major League Soccer's Los Angeles Football Club, and eSports franchise Team Liquid. He continues to expand his influence through his many businesses that include: EquiTrustLife Insurance Company, and SodexoMAGIC, a food service and facilities management company. Mr. Johnson currently serves on the board of directors for Fanatics, a sports licensing company, and Cameo, a company that lets celebrities sell personalized messages to fans. With his unique positioning as a businessman spanning multiple industries and generations, he aims to help companies expand and foster a positive impact domestically and globally.

Eric Holoman - CEO

Holoman is a managing partner of JLC and serves on the investment committee. Mr. Holoman is President and CEO of EquiTrust Life Insurance Corporation a $26 billion Life and Annuity company. In addition, he is the Managing Partner of the WNBA Los Angeles Sparks where he oversees day-to-day operations and sits on the WNBA Board of Governors. His prior leadership roles include President of Magic Johnson Enterprises, Managing Director and Board Member of the award-winning television network ASPIRE, and he's held senior leadership positions in private banking with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Mr. Holoman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Board of Counselors for the Marshall School of Business and a member of the USC President's Leadership Council.

Eric Lane - Managing Director

Mr. Lane is a Managing Director and member of the investment team responsible for sourcing, transaction evaluation, due diligence, and asset management of JLC's investments. Mr. Lane joined JLC in 2018 and brings over 15 years of M&A and infrastructure investment experience focused across all sectors including transportation, energy, and communications. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Lane was a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse focused on Power and Renewables. Prior to that, Mr. Lane was a Vice President in the Corporate Investment Banking group at Loop Capital Markets and began his career as an attorney with DLA Piper focused on patent law and intellectual property. Mr. Lane currently serves as a director on the board of JLC's communications investments, AOC Connect and GeoLinks, manages JLC's investment in the New Terminal One project at JFK Airport, and led the acquisition and exit of the Sustainability Partners former portfolio company. Mr. Lane received a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Duke University, Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

James Reynolds - CEO, Founder

Mr. Reynolds is founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Loop Capital. Mr. Reynolds founded Loop Capital in 1997. A 35-year veteran of the financial services industry, Mr. Reynolds held senior-level positions at several global Wall Street firms prior to founding Loop Capital. As chairman and CEO, Mr. Reynolds spearheaded the accelerated growth and diversification of the firm, which is now one of the largest privately-held investment banks in the U.S.. Lilia Fuentes

Previously, Ms. Fuentes held the role of Senior Corporate Accountant at Sterling Bay, LLC and prior to that was an Assurance Associate at RSM US, LLP. Lisa Levitte - VP

Ms. Levitte is a Vice President and member of the investment team in the New York office. She is responsible for sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence and asset management of JLC's investments. She is actively involved in the management of the Hudson Yards CoGen including serving as a director on the board. Ms. Levitte joined JLC in 2023 and brings over 12 years of M&A and infrastructure transaction experience across a variety of infrastructure sectors including power and renewables, transportation and communications infrastructure. Prior to joining JLC, Ms. Levitte was a Managing Director in the Infrastructure, Utilities and Renewables group at Evercore. Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Levitte was an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Citigroup, where she focused on Latin America. She also served as a Teach for America Corps Member, teaching high school math and economics in New York City. Ms. Levitte received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Marlon R. Smith

Mr. Smith was involved in establishing JLC in 2015 and is a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee. He leads JLC's investment activity in transportation, communications and other public infrastructure sectors. Previously, Mr. Smith was a Managing Director of Loop Capital Markets and Head of Infrastructure Advisory and Finance and prior thereto held roles in the investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen. Over the course of the last 24 years Mr. Smith has worked with many well-known global companies and government entities in the United States on some of their most important transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, public-privatepartnerships, restructurings, and debt and equity financings. He has experience working across a diverse range of industry sectors including transportation, communications, energy and hospitality. Mr. Smith serves on the boards of the JFK New Terminal One Project and AOC Connect and manages JLC's investment in LaGuardia Gateway Partners. He is a Trustee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association and previously served as a Trustee of Merit School of Music. Neil Pineda

Prior to Barclays, Mr. Pineda spent seven (7) years in the renewable energy industry working in various roles within engineering, project development, and project finance. Ngowari Harry

Mr. Harry is the Head of Asset Management and is responsible for providing strategic leadership across JLC's portfolio of assets. Mr. Harry oversees all asset management functions including portfolio risk management, valuations, and reporting for the portfolio companies. Mr. Harry joined JLC at inception in January 2016 and brings to the platform 16 years of investment banking, project finance, and infrastructure investment and asset management experience across several sectors including transportation, media, communications, and social infrastructure. Prior to Mr. Harry's current role, he served as a member of the investment team, primarily focused on JLC's public infrastructure efforts including managing JLC's LaGuardia Airport Terminal B investment and the former Denver International Airport Great Hall investment. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Harry spent over three years with Rebel Group, an infrastructure advisory firm based in the Washington DC area. Prior to Rebel Group, Mr. Harry spent six years as an Analyst and Associate with Wells Fargo Securities' Media & Communications and Equity Capital Markets investment banking groups. Mr. Harry received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.

Riddhish Rege

Mr. Rege is a Senior Associate and member of the investment team in the New York office, responsible for deal evaluation, due diligence and asset management. Mr. Rege has more than seven (7) years of experience having worked in a variety of M&A, Capital Markets, Restructuring and Credit Underwriting transactions focused on U.S. Power, Energy and Infrastructure. Prior to joining JLC in 2023, Mr. Rege was a Senior Associate on the Power & Utilities Investment Banking team at TD Securities. Prior to that Mr. Rege was an Analyst on the Power & Utilities Investment Banking team at Houlihan Lokey and began his career as a IB Credit Risk Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Robert Keough

Mr. Keough joined JLC on February 1, 2018 as Managing Director - Head of Infrastructure. Mr. Keough oversees investment activity and operations of JLC and sits on JLC's Investment Committee. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Keough was a Senior Principal with Basalt Infrastructure Partners ("Basalt"), a leading independent infrastructure asset manager, focusing on North American origination, execution and asset management. Mr. Keough joined Basalt from John Hancock Life Insurance Company ("John Hancock") in August 2013. At John Hancock, Mr. Keough was a Managing Director with responsibility for origination, execution and asset management in the transportation infrastructure sector. Prior to joining John Hancock in October 2001, Mr. Keough practiced transactional law, with a focus on cross-border financing and restructuring in the transportation, industrials and infrastructure sector. Mr. Keough currently serves on the boards of the JFK New Terminal One Project, Greenskies Clean Focus and Northeast Energy Center. Simone Holoman

Stephen Berkeley - Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Berkeley serves as JLC Infrastructure's Chief Compliance Officer and as Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel for Loop Capital Market LLC. Mr. Berkeley joined Loop Capital in 2009 and has been overseeing the Loop Capital Marketsā€˜ compliance program since that time and JLC Infrastructures since its formation in 2015. Prior to joining Loop Capital, Mr. Berkeley spent almost 14 years as a practicing attorney focused on broker-dealer and investment adviser litigation and regulatory matters, including nine years representing broker-dealers and investment advisors in arbitrations, regulatory investigations and on general compliance matters and four years as an enforcement attorney with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission, investigating and prosecuting securities enforcement actions against broker-dealers and investment advisors. Mr. Berkeley is a licensed attorney in Illinois and Arizona and holds Series 7, 24, 53, 63, 79 and 87 licenses. Mr. Berkeley earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned a Bachelors of Arts from Hamilton College.

Tasha Henderson - CFO, COO, Secretary

Ms. Henderson was involved with the launch of JLC in 2017. Ms. Henderson is responsible for financial management inclusive of audit, tax and financial reporting, administration, investor relations and day to day operations for JLC. Previously, Ms. Henderson was the CFO and corporate secretary of Loop Capital LLC and its affiliates and prior thereto held roles as the CFO, CAO and corporate secretary of Loop Capital Markets LLC. Ms. Henderson began her career as an auditor with KPMG, LLP. Ms. Henderson has over 25 years of experience working in financial services corporations, asset managers and non-for-profits. Ms. Henderson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society and the National Association of Black Accountants. Ms. Henderson serves as Chairwomen of the Board of Trustees at St. Xavier University and as corporate director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Hearken, Inc. Ms. Henderson has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Hampton University. Vincenzo Zarrillo - Managing Director

He is actively involved in the management of the Greenskies and Northeast Energy Center assets. Mr. Zarrillo serves as a director on the board of the Northeast Energy Center. Mr. Zarrillo brings 16 years of corporate finance and infrastructure private equity experience within the energy, transportation and media sectors. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Zarrillo was an Associate Director at DNB Markets, Norway's largest investment bank, where he focused on M&A, restructuring and capital raising transactions across a variety of energy, energy infrastructure and transportation related sectors. Prior to DNB, Mr. Zarrillo was an Analyst at Bank of America, where he started his career in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group.
