Paul Steinman

Paul has more than 25 years of global business experience including management of $150+ million P&L, $15+ million IT budgets and designing and implementing world class software applications for leading companies. More than 25% of the Global 2000 use software products that he has created. Paul is actively involved in hands-on consulting, serving in CIO, COO and other project related roles where he helps develop business strategy and apply technology to solve complex business problems. Some representative work includes building out the technology infrastructure for a newly established financial services company, implementing the computer-based testing strategy for the College Board and deploying an automated incentive compensation solution for Emblem Health. Paul leverages his experience managing projects to ensure the right solutions are delivered on time and budget. Prior to his role leading projects at Mplementer, Paul was the Chief Information Officer for Worldsource, an international division of AIG. While at WorldSource, Paul implemented the system development methodology and built the project management office to ensure consistent delivery of all project work. He was also actively involved in setting strategy and his efforts culminated with the forward thinking design and development of AIG's eCommerce framework. The eCommerce model allowed WorldSource to underwrite, quote and bind more than 20% of its policies with no underwriter intervention. Prior to AIG, Paul was the EVP of Operations and Global Practices at World Wide Xceed Group, a leading interactive agency. Paul oversaw all project delivery working with leading companies such as The New York Times, CBS, The Economist and EW Scripps on their publishing and ecommerce initiatives. Prior to Xceed, Paul was a Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan responsible for all Client Systems. Paul built a software practice from scratch into the largest risk management information systems practice.
