The Representative Office in Taipei for the MTC was founded in December, 1996 with its main tasks to promote economic, cultural, scientific and technical cooperation between Russia and Taiwan, provide consular services and protect interests of Russian citizens... mtc.org.tw is the only official web-site of the Representative Office in Taipei for the Moscow-Taipei Coordination Commission on Economic and Cultural Cooperation.
