KABUL: Today, Saturday, March 23rd, 2024, the electronic procurement system development team of the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) conducted awareness training for several contractors on the Afghanistan Vendors Registration and Classification System (AVRCS); here at the NPD Conference hall. During the session; NPD employees provided detailed information to participants about various systems under the Afghanistan Electronic and Open Procurement System (AGEOPS), including the Afghanistan Procurement Plan Management System (APPMS), Afghanistan Contract Progress Monitoring System (ACPMS), Afghanistan Electronic Tendering System (AETS) and the AVRCS. In this program; contractors were encouraged to register their companies in the AVRCS to facilitate access to procurement plans, project announcements and tender documents of the country's procurement entities.
