Andrew is a Partner and Head of the Personal Insolvency Department in OSM Partners LLP.
Andrew has over 15 years' experience in the area of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency and has acted in cases before all courts including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, specialist courts and tribunals. He advises on all aspects of personal, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy law, where he both advises and represents clients in contentious matters, and provides expert witness evidence.
Andrew advises a wide array of clients, including financial institutions, receivers, blue chip companies and private individuals.

Dario is head of the property department at OSM Partners LLP.
With over 15 years' experience, Dario brings a wealth of expertise advising on all aspects of property law. He has specialist expertise acting for and advising financial institutions, venture capital funds, receivers and property managers on the acquisition and disposal of all types of properties and related matters, including structuring and restructuring of security, commercial mortgage lending, landlord/tenant issues and complex title matters.
Dario also acts for a wide range of private clients, builders and property developers on all property matters including the purchase, sale, letting and development of all types of residential and commercial property.

David is a legal executive in OSM Partners LLP. He provides specialist support in the areas of litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency, and debt collection.
He regularly manages cases in the District Court, Circuit Court, and High Court for a broad range of clients, including private companies, banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and private equity funds.
David's expertise includes drafting complex legal documents and creating solutions to efficiently manage large volumes of cases. He has also researched and advised clients on legislative and regulatory requirements, including their obligations under the Companies Act 2014 and the Consumer Protection Code 2012.

Declan is Head of Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Private Client at OSM Partners LLP.
He has advised a broad range of clients across all aspects of mortgage and securities litigation and has particular expertise representing clients in various litigious matters in the Circuit and High Court.
Declan advises many of Ireland's pillar lending institutions in respect of a variety of secured lending matters and professional indemnity proceedings.
He also advises and represents clients in the sale and purchase of loan portfolios and specifically in relation to the litigation status of those portfolios.
Declan has extensive expertise advising on regulations and consumer codes for retail lending institutions, bankruptcy and personal insolvency matters and in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution cases. Declan's clients include financial and lending institutions, international private equity funds, credit unions, accountancy firms, Government bodies, management companies and private investors.
Declan has also represented and advised various lending institutions in both high profile and running "test" cases which have helped shape the legislative landscape of mortgage enforcement in Ireland.

Fionnuala is currently completing a Diploma in Trusts and Estate Planning with the Law Society of Ireland.

Kiran is a Solicitor with OSM Partners LLP, working in the Litigation Department.
Kiran has over 10 years' experience in litigation, acting on behalf of insurers and high-profile clients in complex insurance work including casualty, major injury, and fraudulent claims.
With her expertise of dealing with a high volume of cases and large loss claims, she offers extensive experience in dispute resolution strategy; and the coordination of management information providing numeric visualisation of claims.
Kiran supports the Mortgage Litigation team at OSM in its project management of portfolios consisting of debt recovery actions proceeding through High Court and Circuit Court.
Kiran works collaboratively with a broad range of clients from financial institutions, SME businesses and private individuals whether it be Plaintiff or Defendant and she leads a forward-thinking and cost-effective approach to dispute resolution.

Laura is an Associate in our Property Department. Before joining OSM Partners in 2021, Laura worked for ByrneWallace and Arthur Cox.
Laura has extensive experience working for lending institutions, receivers, public bodies and commercial clients advising on various property related matters including multi-unit acquisitions and disposals, corporate due diligence, property financing and commercial leasing. Laura most recently acted for a major investment fund in the acquisition of 57 residential units for a sum in excess of 13 million.
Laura is also admitted to practice in England & Wales.

Mary-Louise is a Partner in the Property Department in OSM Partners LLP.
She has developed expertise in advising a range of private clients, companies, receivers, assets managers, and financial institutions on both residential and commercial real estate matters, particularly in relation to insolvency and property transactions. She regularly provides advises on security reviews, title rectification, disposal of large volumes of distressed properties and various complex property related matters.
She has also acted for corporate property developers in sales and purchases of commercial property from hotels to office premises.
Patrick is a legal executive in the Debt Recovery Department of OSM Partners LLP.
Patrick provides support in the areas of debt recovery, commercial litigation, and company secretarial law dealing with cases in the District, Circuit and the High Court and has extensive experience in all aspects of debt recovery.
Paul is an Associate in the Property Department of OSM Partners LLP.
Paul is a real estate lawyer with strong experience in real estate finance, corporate due diligence, commercial leasing, property acquisitions and disposals. He also has extensive experience in acting for some of the major financial institutions and investment funds in the Irish market.

Ray is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation department of OSM Partners LLP.
He has over 15 years' experience in the areas of commercial litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, enforcement of security, injunctions/emergency relief and property litigation. Ray also has experience in progressing orders for sale through the Examiner's Office of the High Court.
He has developed particular expertise in representing clients in litigation matters in the Circuit Court, the High Court and the Commercial Court. Ray advises a range of financial institutions, private equity funds, insolvency practitioners and private individuals.
Ray has contributed to various legal publications in his areas of expertise and has lectured on enforcement at the Law Society of Ireland.

With over 15 years experience in the area of debt recovery, Richard has specialist expertise advising on commercial disputes for debts exceeding 1m, High Court disputes for liquidated debt, enforcement/registration of Judgments (Instalment Orders/Mortgages/Bankruptcy) both domestic and foreign, appointment of receivers, injunctions and PRTB disputes for Receivers.
Richard advises a broad range of clients from financial institutions, credit unions, accountancy firms, government bodies, management companies and private individuals.

Ruth is a solicitor working within the Corporate and Commercial Litigation team at OSM Partners LLP.
Ruth practices in a number of different areas including company restorations, Section 343(5) of the Companies Act 2014 applications, mortgage and securities litigation as well as private client. She works with a broad range of clients ranging from financial institutions and private equity funds to small businesses and individuals.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Ruth worked within the legal sector for a number of years in the areas of compliance and business development. She has a keen interest in Corporate Governance and is currently completing a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law with the Law Society of Ireland.
