PECAN CREEK RESOURCES - Key Persons
Doug Walker is president and owner of Pecan Creek Resources, Inc. He is a licensed architect with both commerical and residential design and building experience for over 30 years. He does the design work for each project PCR builds, and also acts as the project manager for our homes. This includes the budgeting, contracting, and permitting for each project. He also coordinates with engineers, landscape designers, and interior designers as required on our new homes. On our custom homes, he typically has weekly on-site meetings with our clients, and meets with our spec home buyers as needed.
Doug's highest priority is designing and building a quality new home for our clients that exceeds their expercations. He emphasizes his working relationship with each client, and strives for a successful completion on each project he builds.
