My career began over a decade ago as a qualified nurse, a voyage that led me to Stone House in 2018. Over the course of my tenure, I have embraced the roles of a diligent general nurse and now proudly serve as the Deputy Manager. I am steadfast in my pursuit of delivering quality care, imbued with integrity and pride.
My journey with Peverel Court spans just over 16 years, a path that began as a dedicated carer. My trajectory continued to evolve, encompassing pivotal roles such as Assistant Practitioner and has since ascended through the ranks to the role of Care Manager.

With a decade-long tenure in the nursing home sector, I have honed my expertise as an accomplished care home manager. Backed by over two decades of service as a qualified general nurse in adult social care, my passion lies in sculpting personalised care experiences for our residents, an ambition shared with my dedicated team. Together, we create a service that embodies meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.
My career began back in 2007 working in the NHS. Having moved into elderly care in 2016 I came to work with Peverel Court in 2020. It is my pleasure to make a difference in the lives of our residents. I consider it an honour to work with an organisation who truly hold individuals care at the heart of their work.
