Prior to joining Quanta Capital, Colette enjoyed a successful career as Finance Manager with Korn Ferry PLC, a global management consulting firm. In addition to her finance role, Colette has vast experience in the design and development of organisational change and performance management.
Colette has worked closely with a number of large private organisations, PLCs and public sector clients at an international level. Colette has also been involved in the project management of a large, complex leadership assessment and development programme and other key public-sector reward assignments.
Colette is responsible for all operational functions of the company with a commitment to excellence in all areas of expertise.

Derek holds professional qualifications in both construction and property economics and has over 30 years' experience, with some of Ireland's largest construction and real estate companies.
From 2000, Derek spent 11 years as Head of Development with Grattan Property, one of Ireland's largest development and construction companies with over 2 billion of assets in Ireland and the UK. The role involved acquisition, planning and delivery of both commercial and residential projects. Prior to joining Grattan Property, Derek worked in Savills for 5 years, gaining knowledge of commercial lettings and sales.
Over the last decade, Derek has had key asset and development roles working on residential, commercial and mixed use sites with Hines Group and with IPUT, Ireland's largest property fund.
Derek has built strong relationships with property industry stakeholders, combining his experience to unlock the value of complicated real estate assets. Derek will be responsible for reviewing and execution of strategies for Quanta's development opportunities.

Dr. John Tierney, in his 39 year public service career, held some of the most senior roles in the Irish public sector. He served as Galway City Manager, Fingal County Manager, Dublin City Manager and Managing Director of Irish Water. He was Chairman of the Institute of Public Administration and the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.
John was a member of the Governing Body of Dublin City University and served on the Boards of the National Sports Campus Development Authority and the National Transport Authority. John holds a BA and MA in Public Management and a Doctorate in Governance.

Eoghan holds a Masters in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin. Over the course of a decade, Eoghan held various senior and diplomatic positions in the Irish Government, both nationally and internationally.
In 2012, Eoghan was seconded to the Department of Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Mission in Brussels for Ireland's Presidency of the Council of the EU. In this role, Eoghan was responsible for the coordination of a highly ambitious EU legislative programme. He was also Ireland's representative at High Level EU and International Working Group Meetings ranging from the Environmental Impact Assessment Directive, EU Emissions Trading and the EU Crisis Coordination Committee etc.
During his tenure in the Department of the Environment, Eoghan worked on delivering the highly ambitious 1bn Housing Investment Programme through 2004 to 2007. This work involved the construction and acquisition of over 7,000 dwellings annually coupled with large scale regeneration projects for the Irish State. Further, Eoghan worked closely on transposing EU Directives into Irish law to satisfy certain European Court of Justice Cases on Waste Management. He was also a member of the Environmental Enforcement Network through the EPA. In addition, Eoghan worked on developing Ireland's national waste policy along with major waste infrastructure projects throughout Ireland.
Eoghan is now responsible for all legal and acquisition transactions for Quanta.

Erin holds a First Class Honours Degree in Property Economics and a Masters in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Reading. She also holds a Certificate in Fixed Income and Derivative Securities from the International Capital Markets Association.
For the past 10 years Erin has lectured in valuation related modules on the MSc Real Estate programme at Technological University Dublin.
Erin is a former winner of DIT's Richard Morrison Prize for Excellence in Valuation, and the Society of Chartered Surveyors' David Bailey Memorial Award for achieving the best results in the Property Economics Degree Course.
Erin worked as a Development Manager for Treasury Holdings, with responsibility for valuation appraisals, budgets and project management. During her surveying/agency career Erin worked with Savills, where she became Head of Retail Warehousing with responsibility for the company's entire retail parks portfolio.
Erin is the person responsible for property selection, procurement, negotiation, finance and asset management.

Fiona is a Financial Accountant, who holds a Bachelor in Commerce (UCD), Masters in Business Studies (UCD) and is a member of ACCA. Fiona joined Quanta Capital following a successful career as Financial Controller for Mars Ireland.
During her 13+ years at Mars, Fiona managed a large team, while leading the financial operations, cash flow, overheads, period end reporting and analysis and year end audit by working closely with a varied range of stakeholders.
Fiona is responsible for the Financial Reporting across Quanta's broad range of investments.

Jennifer holds a first class honours degree in Design and Multimedia programming and Postgraduate qualifications in Digital Marketing and Business Analytics.
Jennifer's area of expertise is focused around Data Analytics projects and programs, that enable and support business transformation initiatives across the wider Quanta Capital Group. With over 15 years experience in Multimedia Programming, Design and Analytics, Jennifer is responsible for projects that improve business processes and reporting.

Jonathan has had a long career in finance and property.
Jonathan graduated in Philosophy from Sussex University. Following a year spent travelling around Europe he worked for the Inland Revenue, qualifying as an Inspector of Taxes, then joined KPMG as an advisor. He worked in the industry in corporate finance for 3 years before joining Bankers Trust. After 22 years in banking in a variety of increasingly senior roles in Europe and Asia he set up a hedge fund with two partners. The business, Solent Capital Partners, specialised in debt and derivative trading. Jonathan left the business in 2010 and after a period running a boutique advisory and private placement boutique, in 2014 established Yew Tree (renamed Yew Grove) an Irish property business focused on commercial real estate outside the centre of Dublin. With Jonathan at the helm, Yew Grove REIT was floated in 2018 and subsequently sold to a Canadian private equity firm (Slate REIT) in 2022.
Jonathan is in charge of Quanta's Irish and UK acquisitions strategy.

Karl studied electronics at Limerick University, aviation at Oxford and Estate Management at the University of Reading. Karl has held a variety of senior positions across the telecoms, wireless communications, IT, E-commerce and engineering sectors.
Karl was formerly Director of IT & Communications at TCC Technologies, Onetrue Technologies as well as Managing Director of a London based construction firm.
Karl has pioneered early research in the areas of data-centres, cryptocurrency, e-commerce, secure data and military based cryptography (codes and ciphers) and other technology related sectors. Karl is leading the research team for Quanta Capital's Quantum Supremacy Fund.

Linda Hickey has had a 30-year career in Stockbroking and Investment Banking. Linda spent the last 14 years as Head of Corporate Broking at Goodbody Stock Brokers advising corporate clients on shareholder engagement, capital market fundraising and corporate governance.
Prior to that she worked for Merrill Lynch, New York and NCB Stockbrokers, (now Investec) in Dublin. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Kingspan plc, the global leader in high-performance insulation; Cairn Homes plc; Chair of the Irish Blood Transfusion Service; and is a senior advisor at Powerscourt Group, a leading strategic communications consultancy.

Linda is Head of Credit Control for Quanta Capital.
Linda has over 15 years of accounting expertise, with experience across a diverse range of sectors from engineering to distribution and construction. In her previous role as Head of the Finance Team at a large construction firm, Linda ensured the company's services were delivered on time and on budget whilst meeting with the clients' standards.

Louise is a Certified Public Accountant, Tax Adviser, holds a BSc in Financial Management and is a member of ATI. Louise gained a wealth of experience over the past 20 years within various accounting roles. From working as a Management Consultant, then progressing to Financial Controller in one of the country's biggest construction companies, Louise has contributed to the overall success of the organisations she has worked with by effectively managing all financial, statutory and legislative requirements.
As Senior Group Accountant, Louise is responsible for the group's audit and accounting obligations together with high-level financial reporting and analysis, budget consolidation and cash flow management, in line with the group's optimisation strategy.
