Allyson serves as Account Director for a variety of the firm's clients handling strategic planning, project management and campaign implementation. She holds a B.A. from Baylor University as a Communication Specialist, focusing in Communication Studies and Film Digital Media and also holds a minor in Public Relations. A west coast girl at heart, Allyson arrived in Reno with a strong New York public relations agency background, particularly in the tourism and lifestyle industries. Working directly with tourism clients such as the countries of Colombia and Denmark, casino properties including Harrah's Cherokee Casino and Hotel and lifestyle clients like the Wines of Provence, Allyson's portfolio ranges from media relations and reputation management to social media marketing and special event planning. Her career has landed her clients in the pages of Food & Wine and Travel & Leisure as well as landing herself on the streets of New York City conducting marketing stunts for her clients. Allyson has a "think big" attitude while maintaining a focus to detail and client service. Her diverse background in film, photography, graphic design, writing and client communication brings an extra level of service to the RAD team. Outside the office, you'll find Allyson planning her next adventure with her husband and dog, Coco. She's an outdoor enthusiast, avid traveler, runner and lover of wine and coffee.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in advertising and a minor in marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno. A Reno native, Amy brings with her a strong love for Nevada and a desire to share it with the world. Her experience in public relations and marketing includes working with clients in the tourism and travel industries across the state. Working directly with multiple airports across the western U.S. as an account executive, Amy developed a keen understanding of the airport industry and puts that knowledge to work in her daily efforts in the tourism industry. Her experience working with a large number of clients all over the West Coast gives her great client communication skills and unparalleled organization, not to mention a decent number of points on various airlines. During her time at the University of Nevada, Amy was an integral member of the National Student Advertising Competition Team, which placed 6th nationally in the 2008 competition. She was an active member in the student chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and participated in a public service campaign that took 1st place in public service achievement at the 2009 national AAF conference.

Dotti Gallagher, APR, Fellow PRSA, is thrilled to be an adjunct member of the RAD team, where she supports a variety of the agency's clients as Account Director and PR Strategist. Dotti earned her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in communications from the University of Nevada, Reno. She received her certification as an Accredited Public Relations Professional (APR) in 1997 from PRSA and was inducted into the organization's College of Fellows in 2017, in recognition of her strategic leadership and contribution to the PR profession. Dotti has spent her career inspiring others through her creativity, relentless energy, and commitment to quality. She has held PR and marketing leadership roles with U.S. Bank, TrueBlue, Inc., The Estipona Group and most recently as solopreneur and principal at Dotti Gallagher Consulting. Her specialties include PR planning, brand and marketing strategy, internal/external communications, and public speaker coaching. Her expertise has engaged audiences with clients and her vision has created differentiated brands for companies from coast to coast. Dotti loves to work - but she also loves to play. Away from the office you will find her skiing, running, hiking, cycling or hanging out at the gym. When the snow flies, she is a volunteer Mountain Host at Snowbird Ski Resort and in the spring and fall semesters she teaches public speaking at Utah Valley University. She does not sit still!
