Keith Sheldon

While still in school, Keith Sheldon worked at Randall Plumbing during all school breaks ranging from in-service days to summer holidays. During that time, he would work in the back shop along with the shipper/receiver as well as doing deliveries to various job sites and picking up material orders. After Keith finished his Structural Engineering Construction Management courses in college, he then worked on various projects throughout North America for Vector Corrosion Technologies. Then in 2009 Keith returned to Randall Plumbing & Heating as a full-time estimator. In his spare time, Keith enjoys playing hockey, baseball, fishing and spending time at the lake with his family.

Kelly Ozouf

Job Titles:
  • PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER
After a number of years as a welder, Kelly arrived at Randall Plumbing & Heating Ltd. as a first-year apprentice. Eleven years later, he now manages a plumbing service department that handles everything from small residential repairs to medium-sized commercial installations. He enjoys tackling the many challenges the industry brings, especially working off prints and fabricating. As a mentor, Kelly thrives in an environment where he can show apprentices that mechanical trades can be a fun, rewarding career. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys fishing, camping, fabricating barbecues, and preparing smoked foods. Certifications Red Seal Plumber Cross Connection Certified

Peter Wasylyshyn

Job Titles:
  • VICE - PRESIDENT - CONSTRUCTION
Peter Wasylyshyn has spent 17 years with Randall Plumbing & Heating Ltd., joining our team in 1998 as a first-year apprentice. Peter also has vast experience as an estimator and project manager. He primarily works on mechanical renovations, as well as boiler and chiller projects - although, he has a particular interest and ability in working in design-build and design-assist scenarios. Peter enjoys the challenges of the mechanical industry and the fact that he sees new things constantly. In his personal time, Peter enjoys fishing and snowmobiling. Richard Korving

Job Titles:
  • SERVICE MANAGER
Richard "Rick" Korving manages our large Plumbing and HVAC-R department, which handles everything from preventative maintenance for commercial clients, to service and installations. Rick's primary area of focus is in Continued Quality of Plumbing and HVAC-R and gas-related concerns. He takes great pride in serving our clients and keeping up-to-date on this highly dynamic part of the mechanical industry. Although Rick has only been with Randall Plumbing & Heating Ltd. for the last 15 years, he has over 30 years of industry experience. Every day, he enjoys interacting with clients and providing them with heating and/or cooling solutions that are often creative and innovative. Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake, where he participates in water sports and fishing. Steve Cronshaw

After Steve Cronshaw's pre-employment for plumbing, he had a brief work experience with one of our suppliers. He then joined our team in 2002 as a first level plumbing apprentice and continued his full apprenticeship training with Randall Plumbing. Steve's work experience with Randall has varied from industrial, residential, small renovations as well as a service technician in our Service Department. He has since assumed the role of project manager, supervising various jobs throughout the city. In Steve's free time he enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family and enjoys the outdoors.

Wayne McKenzie - President

Job Titles:
  • PRESIDENT
Wayne has worked for Randall Plumbing & Heating Ltd. for over 26 years, which means most of his working life has been spent in the mechanical industry. He has a considerable amount of experience as a project manager and estimator, especially in the realm of pharmaceutical installations, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers. Wayne thrives under the fast pace of construction and enjoys the opportunity to meet with potential clients. As our valued president, he provides information and insights that are an enormous help in completing quality installations that are on time and on budget.
