Chris came to us with significant amount of hands-on experience over-seeing the operations of a busy transport and warehousing facility. Out of the yard and into the office, Chris now coordinates the Redback Express truck fleet. Constantly liaising with clients and drivers he manages the many complexities that can be experienced with loads and deliveries of these vehicles.

Following a number of unsuccessful candidates Duane's enthusiastic approach to his work has been a welcome inclusion to the team. Predominantly undertaking deliveries of warehouse goods he has proven to be an efficient operator, executing deliveries in a timely manner. He also possesses a willingness to do anything that is asked of him which includes general maintenance and upkeep of the premises.

Jarrad had a relationship with Redback Express prior to his appointment as he previously worked in the warehouse of a client. While warehousing was new to everyone within Redback Express at the time of its acquisition, Jarrad bought with him a timely injection of experience and knowledge. He runs a tight warehouse ship and has been instrumental in ensuring the warehouse operates effectively and efficiently. His seemingly endless high energy of operation combined with his commitment makes him an integral part of our warehouse operations.

Jo-Anne joined us a number of years ago armed with a solid knowledge of Xero and experience in managing the finances of the family business. Originally tasked with the book-keeping function in a part time capacity she quickly demonstrated that her abilities well exceeded basic book-keeping. As she acquired knowledge of the business operations she took on additional tasks and in the process was appointed to a full time role. Today she is a out finance engine room working closely with John and our external accountants.

Karen was welcomed to the Redback Express team to assist in coping with the increased workload that resulted from the acquisition of another company in 2021. She too commenced in a part time capacity but as she has grown within the business in terms of knowledge and experience Karen now operates on a full time basis. Karen undertakes administration and finance support across all areas of the business providing support to everyone.

Martin Cini, John Morris and Warren Day head up the Redback Express team. Their collective experience provides the foundation for exemplary customer service and enduring client relations. Martin has seen and done it all when it comes to local transport. His knowledge and experience of the light vehicle transport industry in Adelaide is invaluable in assisting clients to achieve their freight logistics effectively and proficiently. Under the Redback Express banner, Martin is keen to create an uncompromised focus in customer service with a likeminded team of professionals. Redback Express clients benefit from the wealth of experience the partnership has to offer and the confidence that comes from well-healed and sincere providers. Martin's business acumen positively influences all aspects of the business, these days focusing on maintaining relationships with existing clients and although winding back his working hours, his support, advice and assistance is never far away and will forever remain as part of the Redback Express DNA. John began his extensive transport career as a driver, progressing into a operational role for an international logistics company, eventually working his way to Operations Manager. John's nature and skillset subsequently led to his move into a business development role, working alongside Martin, and contributed significantly to the growth of his company. His friendly nature and commitment to customer service became hallmarks of his approach to business.

Early in 2022 it was clearly evident that our business had kicked up another gear with ever-increasing requests for our services resulting in an escalation in the behind-the-scenes workloads. Michelle has adapted her varied administration experience to transport and logistics, quickly grasping operational time and space parameters within our pricing structure. Michelle undertakes the extensive daily exercise of pricing all jobs undertaken as well as providing general administrative support when required.

The longest serving employee of the Redback Express team, Paul has cemented himself as the backbone of the operation. With experience in both taxi and courier despatching, Paul seamlessly fitted into despatching, originally managing trucks and couriers simultaneously. As the business has grown these have been segregated and Paul now oversees both despatchers while taking care of peripheral operational matters. Paul is also our one man I.T. Department which has been invaluable to the business. He continually works with our transport software designers to ensure our business and our clients are achieving maximum benefits and his advice on hardware investment is vital to prudent acquisitions.

Acquiring an experienced despatcher can be a rare opportunity and Redback Express were lucky enough to secure the services of Steven following a long stint with another local courier company. It's a fast paced environment where only the quick- thinking, strategic-minded cool-headed operators survive. Steven does a great job of balancing the needs of both clients and drivers within the parameters of time and space. His reliability and commitment contribute significantly to the operational success of our business

Warren is the ‘jack of all trades'. Admin and finance management have dominated his career along with a dose of OHS&W and Quality management but when he worked alongside Martin his skills expanded into business development and logistics.

Wayne is the new kid on the block but comes to us with the perfect skill-set for the role we created. Picking orders consumes his time most mornings. General warehouse duties and deliveries also find their way into his days. Wayne value extends to being able to step into our tautliner when required which will provide some much needed flexibility in managing hours of operation for this highly sought after vehicle.
