Debbie came to R. F. Ederer Co. in 2015 and has become a large part of our Management Team. Debbie has over 20 years experience in Executive Assistance , Bookkeeping and personnel Management. She helps keep our office and personnel running smoothly.

Debbie has been back with R. F. Ederer Company since 2011 and we were so glad to have her back. She has worked in the Netting Machine Department for many years and works well in managing our machine operator personnel.
Helen has been with R. F. Ederer Company since 1982 and has been the Manager of the Twister Dept. since 1990. This Department is in the very best of Management hands with Helen Gamard's experience and knowledge in the Twister Department.

Kris has been raised on the R. F. Ederer Philosophy and has worked with the company part-time through out High School and full- time since 2010. Kris spent his early days working and learning the Twister Room and then moved on to the Shipping and Receiving Department. He currently is doing a very good job handling our Customer Service and shipping Departments. Kris is carrying on with the Family business as the 5 th generation of Ederers in the Netting Manufacturing business.

Laura E. Bolton earned her Business and Marketing Degree from the University of Mississippi . She joined her father and her brother in their family business in 1985. She currently serves as Vice President of the Company's Board of Directors and is the Business Manager of the day to day business and personnel needs of our plant.

Mark R. Ederer is a businessman and current CEO of R. F. Ederer Company Inc. He is the son of the company founder Robert "Bob" Ederer. Mark grew up highly involved in his family's business. He started his career during his high school years, working with his father on weekends and holidays at the netting Plant. He has worked his way up through every phase of the Company operations from shipping and receiving , mechanics and up to Plant Manager. Under his leadership this company has persevered and continued to meet the needs of the sports netting and fishing industries netting needs.
Scott has been employed with R. F. Ederer Co. since 1989 and has worked his way up through the ranks in many different Departments of this Company. He is currently our Plant Operation Manager and is very efficient in keeping our machinery in top notch shape.
