REFINED ALIGNMENT

I opened Refined Alignment in 2016 after almost 25 years in corporate wellness, fitness and healthcare. I learned so much and got to work with some amazing people. I wouldn't trade the experience or the relationships. Becoming self-employed was exciting and at the same time, a bit scary, but I've had no regrets. I truly enjoy being a Massage Therapist and I've maintained my over 30 year credential as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) as well... When I started in the fitness world at age 16 as a lifeguard and swim instructor I had no idea I would still be helping people improve their well-being over 30 years later. But here I am still making your well-being my priority, and I benefit from that as well. I believe looking forward to each day is what keeps me young.
