Located in Missouri City, TX, our academy is one of many Rilion Gracie Jiu-Jitsu branches found across the world. All of our instructors are highly trained in both sport Jiu Jitsu and self defense techniques, and want to spread their knowledge to you. Since being founded by Carlos Gracie Sr. in the 1920's, Jiu Jitsu has proven many times over to be the most effective martial art in the world... Our adult program has two class levels. The beginner classes are designed for those who have never trained Jiu Jitsu before, while the advanced classes will take your game to the next level. In the beginner classes you'll learn basic self defense, and learn the fundamentals of BJJ.
