Bill Bowen - CEO, Founder, President

Bill Bowen entered the hotel business as a young executive on the real estate development and construction team at Days Inn. He later became steeped in deal formation, hotel operations, marketing and franchising, Later, Bill formed Premier Hotel Corporation and has developed, acquired and operated hotels throughout the U.S.. He has experience in owning and operating multiple brands and independent hotels individually and with partners and investors. He has deep contacts and relationships in the hotel industry.

Dean Rexroth

Dean has practiced architecture continuously with full-service firms in Georgia and Texas for over 40 years. Dean has been with IPG since 1994 during which time he has mentored nearly a dozen young interns. Throughout his professional career, he has drawn upon hands-on construction experience as well as strong design abilities to create attractive venues for clients. Dean has come to value the personalities encountered and the relationships developed through the practice of architecture. Utilizing a pragmatic approach to solving problems whether architecture related or otherwise.

Fiona Tracey

Fionna leads a team of hotel brand experts in managing Innvision's procurement efforts. She also maintains strong vendor relationships to ensure the purchase of the best FF&E products at the best price. Innvision Hospitality is a leading provider of FF&E procurement, interior design, and installation services to hotel owners and operators who are building or renovating their properties. We make our clients' hotels visually striking, meeting budgets and hotel brand standards along the way. We are expertly versed in brand standards for many of the most prominent hotel franchises such as Choice, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Radisson and Wyndham.

John Bowen

John Bowen launched his career in the hospitality industry as Co-Managing Director of a commercial real estate development firm that executes highly complex, multi-phase ground up projects. John joined Premier Hotel Corporation as Chief Development officer in 2023. John's portfolio at PHC includes the coordination of activities associated with hotel development projects. Each project begins with the organization of a development pathway. This document serves as a stakeholder's guide to the clear, efficient, time-driven milestones that lead from raw land to Certificate of Occupancy(CO). From franchisor developer portals to state and local permitting offices, John leverages years of extensive, hands-on experience to navigate each client's project through even the most challenging of institutional gateways. From rezoning to ribbon-cutting, John carefully manages franchisor, architect, engineer, and GC activities throughout the development llifecycle.

Kevin Steele

Kevin will be taking a major role of all our construction development as Vice President of Construction and also heading up all our jobs in the Southeast as our Senior Project Manager in that area.

Matt Goforth

Being a 2nd generation Commercial Contractor has given me the opportunity to work on and produce many different types and styles of Commercial Construction, from government to the private sector to multifamily and everything in between. My Father started our family firm in the late 1970s and as a young teenager was involved in the day-to-day operations of our firm which was based in the Kansas City markets. I worked all through my teen years and twenties in our family firm, while attending High School and later College as our company grew and expanded to do work in over 25+ states. Following college, I went home to work in the family business once again. I continued working for our family firm full-time until I eventually started my own firm as my father retired. All told I personally have over 25+ years' experience and often tap into my father's wealth of knowledge as he now serves as a consultant in our firm. Part of my achievements include being on TV for construction, for the Extreme Home Makeover show. I was the General Supt. for the 7 homes in 7 days project after the Joplin Tornado incident. Our firm focuses on quality and building relationships. Our efficiency and attention to detail allow us to continue doing the first two.

Michael Bowen - CFO

Michael Bowen holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Georgetown University and is a CFA ® Charterholder. Michael Bowen joined Premier Hotel Corporation in 2015 after working with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he closed loans across a variety of real estate asset classes. As CFO at Premier, Michael is responsible for providing underwriting, capital markets consultation and financial due diligence to the company's diverse client base. As an experienced owner and investor in commercial real estate, he greatly enjoys networking with other investors as they seek to accomplish their business objectives.

Nigel Duffett - COO

Nigel Duffett joined Premier Hotel Corporation in 2012 to oversee hotel operations and marketing. With an international travel and lodging background, Nigel has a remarkable understanding of how trends and forces in the travel landscape influence individual hotel property locations. Well steeped in brands, independent hotels and franchising Nigel is well equipped to operate, market and manage revenue for many sizes and classes of hotels. Nigel is well thought of by investors and partners in PHC managed deals.

Robert F. Evans Jr. - President

Rob has over 37 years of experience in the practice of architecture. Rob has been with IPG since 1986 and President since 2002. Rob is highly experienced in the design of Hotel Projects projects including hotel development projects. His work also includes major projects including Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hawthorne Suites, and Holiday Inn Express. When he is not busy with architecture, Rob can be found hanging out with family, working on old cars, or playing music with friends and sometimes longtime former band-mates of "Skannyardle".
