Allan B. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant from the State of New York since 1981. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He graduated Cum Laude from Bernard M. Baruch College in 1977 with a bachelor of business administration degree.
He has worked in public accounting since 1977, including being a partner in the firm of Hermele & Kozin LLP from January 1, 1990 through April 30, 1999, effective May 1, 1999 he became the president of Allan B Cohen CPA PC. On January 1, 2008, he became a partner in Raphael, Sanders, Goldberg, Nikpour & Cohen CPA's PLLC.
He has lectured numerous times on various topics among groups including the Nassau Chapter Tax Committees, The Nassau Bar Association, The Suffolk Bar Association, North Folk Bank and several lectures sponsored by Hermele & Kozin LLP.
Additionally, he has in the past written several articles on tax matters for the Nassau Chapter Committee newsletters.

Anita Jacobsen has been a certified public accountant for over twenty five years. Her experience ranges from audits of small businesses to tax preparation for service companies, real estate entities and healthcare providers.

Floria has over twenty nine years of experience in the practice of public accounting whereby she has been extensively involved in numerous audits, reviews and consulting engagements for service companies, commercial, real estate, not for profit organizations and benefit plans. She has experience with GAAP and IRS rules and regulations and has extensive experience in conducting accounting and audit examination of distributors, benefit plans, manufacturing clients and residential and commercial real estate. She works on multi-national firms with offices in Hong Kong, Mexico and India. She is familiar with the preparation of multi-national and multi-state tax returns.
Floria received her bachelor of science in accounting from University of Tehran, Iran and attended University of Sorbonne in Paris, France. Floria has been an active member at the Board of Trustees of several Iranian-American organizations and currently serves as Treasurer of Iranian-American Society of New York, a not-for-profit cultural organization. Floria continues to be a member of various professional organizations, including AICPA and the NYS Society of CPA's.
Gary Felix has over forty five years of experience in the practice of public accounting whereby he has been extensively involved in numerous audits, reviews, tax and consulting engagements for a vast array of industries including but not limited to professional service, medical practices, real estate, distribution and manufacturing. He is the head of the firm's "IT" department. His extensive knowledge and experience in QuickBooks and other accounting programs has enabled him to advise our clients in the implementation and structuring of their accounting system needs.

Jeffrey Rosenthal is a certified public accountant. His experience ranges from accounting and auditing of small to medium sized family owned businesses to tax preparation for manufacturing, distribution, real estate entities and service oriented companies, and in the healthcare industry. He also has experience in forensic auditing.

Mark Goldberg has over thirty years of experience in the practice of public accounting whereby he has been extensively involved in numerous audits, including forensic audits, reviews and tax consulting engagements for commercial real estate, entertainment, construction companies, distributors, whole sellers, and healthcare industry. He has extensive experience in management advisory services and consults extensively on difficult tax situations. He is also experienced in family owned businesses as to structure, succession and estate planning.

Mark is the audit partner of Raphael Goldberg Nikpour Cohen & Sullivan CPA's PLLC, with offices in Woodbury, New York. He concentrates his practice on providing audit, business and accounting services and tax advice to a variety of clients in different industries. These industries include cooperative housing corporations, entertainment and title companies. Mark received his master degree in taxation from St. Johns University in 1981.
Early in his career, Mark worked for prestigious CPA firms (Deloitte and Touche and Prager and Fenton) performing general accounting and auditing functions and tax preparation. He then joined David S. Levine in a successful partnership in 1984, becoming Levine & Raphael. In 2008 through mergers the firm expanded into Raphael Sanders Goldberg Nikpour & Cohen, PLLC.
Mark has a proactive approach, and is always available to meet the needs of his client.
Mark has served as Chairman of the employee benefit committee of Nassau Chapter of NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants and as President and Treasurer of a coop board, where he previously resided. In addition, he is an active member at the Board of Trustees of his Synagogue who had served as an officer for six years and as President for three years. Mark had served as Treasurer of the West Side Tennis Club and currently serves as a member on the cooperative housing corporation board. Mark continues to be a member of various organizations, including the Counsel of NY Cooperatives, AICPA, the NYS Society of CPA's, and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners.

Michael R. Sullivan brings over forty years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and management services to the firm. He concentrates his practice in audits of Non Profit Organizations and Employee Benefit Plans, consulting with small closely held businesses in construction, transportation, advertising, personnel placement, and professional firms.
Mr. Sullivan's tax practice covers individuals, corporations, estates and trusts. He has represented clients in numerous, federal, state, and local audits and tax litigation with experience in various foreign countries.

Raymond M. Lombardi has over 30 years experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and accounting systems. He has worked in both the public and private sectors and is a certified business re-engineering specialist. Over his career, Mr. Lombardi has held various administrative and managerial positions including: financial and accounting analyst, business re-design specialist and internal control administrator. Currently, his responsibilities include individual, business and nonprofit tax preparation, tax research and software support. Mr. Lombardi is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals since 1999.
