Victor Kuk is the Head of Client Markets for P&C reinsurance business in SID, comprises of Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan, in Swiss Re. Assuming the role on 1 July 2017, he is responsible for driving Swiss Re's non-life reinsurance business in the SID markets together with a team of Client Managers across the region. Victor is based in Hong Kong.
Prior to this, Victor was the Head of Hub Casualty Asia in Swiss Re, a position he held since January 2016. He brings with him more than 17 years of experience in general insurance management especially in strategic planning, operational management and business management.
Before joining Swiss Re, Victor was Chief Risk Officer of Emerging Markets at QBE Insurance Group Limited since October 2014; responsible for risk management, compliance, actuarial and reinsurance strategy to ensure prudent strategic business planning and decision making across the 23 markets in the Emerging Markets Division. Prior to that, he joined QBE Insurance Group Limited, as Chief Risk Officer, Asia Pacific in December 2012.
Victor had also held various senior positions with AXA for more than 12 years. His last roles with AXA included serving as Chief Business Development Officer and Regional Chief Executive Officer.
Outside work, Victor is a keen sailor and enjoys playing tennis regularly. He is also interested in drones, boats and fast cars.

James is Head of Asia Pacific P&C for Partner Re as well as CEO of Partner Reinsurance Asia Pte. Ltd.
James joined Partner Re in January 2017 from Willis Towers Watson where he was most recently Senior Managing Director, Willis Re Asia Pacific, based in Singapore responsible for Willis Re's operations across the region.
James originally joined Willis Re in 1990 in London and commenced his career in the London Market Retrocession Department. In 1992 he moved to Australia with Willis Re to service clients across Australia and New Zealand along with the placement of international business into the Sydney market. Prior to leaving Australia in 2010 he was Deputy Managing Director, Willis Re Australia.
In 2010 James moved to Japan as CEO Willis Re Japan and whilst based in Tokyo, had responsibility for Willis Re's Japanese property and casualty portfolio, a role he held until moving to Singapore in June 2012.
James holds a BA Honours Degree in Economics from York University and is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK.

Since May 2014, Mr Kenrick Law leads Allianz SE Reinsurance Branch Asia Pacific as Regional CEO and Head of P&C Client Management Asia Pacific. He oversees all issues for Allianz Re in the Asia Pacific region, and on the business side in particular the P&C business.
Having been with the insurance and reinsurance industry for 20 years, Mr Law has held several key positions. After completing his degree in Master of Arts, Economics, he started his professional career under the Asian Trainees Program at Swiss Re in Switzerland and South Africa. He then moved to Swiss Re Hong Kong holding various roles from Treaty Underwriting Manager to Head of Casualty Treaty Underwriting, Asia. Prior to Allianz Re, Mr Law was the Executive Vice President, Client Management at Asia Capital Reinsurance Group Singapore.

Mark Wang assumed the role of Chief Underwriting Officer for South-East Asia, Fast Growth and Hong Kong Markets since 2019.
In his current role, Mark is responsible for managing the P&C reinsurance portfolio in South-East Asia (including Regional treaties), South Asia (with the exclusion of India), Taiwan and Hong Kong, supported by a team of underwriters in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Mark joined SCOR in 2015 as Senior Underwriter for Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore and Philippines markets. He has more than 25 years of industry experience in both direct insurance and reinsurance, having worked in both Hong Kong and Singapore in different roles.

Richard Lim joined China Re in December 2015 as a Consultant and was officially appointed as the Chief Executive for the Singapore Branch with the responsibility of expanding its operations to the Asia Pacific region in 2016.
Richard has been in the Re/Insurance industry for over 35 years and has held senior positions in various organization prior to joining China Re.
He was the CEO for Asia Pacific Region at Everest Re, setting up the Singapore Branch in 1997, joined Lloyd's Syndicate 1965 as Executive Director and Chief Reinsurance Underwriter in 2008 and with Hardy Underwriting Asia as the Managing Director at the Lloyd's Asia Platform in 2011.
Richard has served as a Council Member of the Singapore Insurance Institute from 2004 to 2005 and is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore -Financial Centre Advisory Panel China Work Group since 2016. He was conferred the title of IBF Distinguished Fellow by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore in 2017, in recognition for his many years of contribution, development and promotion of Singapore as an international reinsurance hub.

A qualified German actuary, Tobias has over 20 years of experience in the life & health reinsurance industry and 7 years in actuarial consulting and insurance software development.
As Head of Digital Solutions, Life & Health for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, he is responsible for delivering digital solutions across the region with a focus on underwriting, claims and risk assessment.

Aisyah Fuad is a Senior Client Manager and Team Lead for the Indonesia and India-Sub P&C Client Markets team at Swiss Re since 1 October 2020. She joined Swiss Re in August 2011 in their Graduates programme and since then had various roles in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore responsible for client management, treaty underwriting and structuring. In 2018, she moved to the risk management function as Operational Risk lead for Asia before moving back to the first line in her current role.
Aisyah has been an active member of Women in Reinsurance (WiRE) since 2019, starting first as a deputy member before becoming a full member of the Executive Committee shortly after. She believes in equal opportunity for all for a diverse and vibrant Reinsurance industry. She looks forward to continuing WiRE's work, taking over as President of WiRE on 11 June 2021.

Emma is CEO (Lloyd's Asia) and Country Manager (Singapore) at Lloyd's, the specialist insurance and reinsurance marketplace, based in Singapore. In this role she is responsible for leading the Lloyd's Asia platform, Singapore operations, market development, as well as driving strategic growth across Singapore and ASEAN.
Emma has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry across a wide range of disciplines, including Claims, Portfolio Management, Risk and Regulatory, Operations and Transformation.
Emma joined Lloyd's in 2018 as a Senior Manager in the Performance Management division before moving to a new role as Head of Commercial Transformation in 2020, where she was responsible for the development of a new global operating model, including the implementation of governance and oversight frameworks, as well as operating principles to deliver an optimised Global Network which supports the Market ambitions for sustainable, profitable growth.
Prior to Lloyd's, Emma held several senior leadership roles at RSA Insurance, including Commercial Operations Director and Head of Commercial Schemes.
Emma is a member of the Women in Business Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
She is a passionate supporter of the development of young talent both within the Insurance sector and wider industries. Emma is a member of several professional organisations, providing coaching and mentoring, including for ‘Advance', Lloyd's flagship programme for future female leaders.

Joanna Tan is a Regional HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific at SCOR Re since 2017. She joined as a Training Leader, Asia Pacific with SCOR in 2014 before she had moved to the current position. Wanting to make a difference in the lives of people surrounding her she started her career as an educator before moving into the HR field. Her previous experiences varied from different industries from IT, manufacturing to financial institutions.
Joanna holds a Bachelor in Mass Communications and a Graduate Diploma in HRM. She is also a certified HR professional with IHRP. She looks forward to meet and work with like-minded HR professionals in the reinsurance industry.

Ms. Ann Chua is Head of Asia of AXA XL.
Ann joined the company in 1996 and last held the position of Senior Vice President/ General Manager of XL Re (Singapore), in charge of Asia Pacific before the merger of XL Group plc and Catlin Group Limited in May 2015.
Ann has more than 30 years of industry experience which includes both direct insurance and reinsurance. Prior to joining XL Re, Ann was Assistant General Manager and Senior Underwriting Manager with Frankona Reinsurance Asia Pacific and Personal Lines Manager with Provincial Insurance Singapore, a British insurance company.
Ann is an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Reinsurers' Association and has served in the Committee for a number of years. She is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
Outside of work, Ann enjoys travelling and golfing.
