SkimSeal is a water based easy to apply aggregate polymer system especially designed for skimming over internal existing walls and ceilings. It kills suction on porous backgrounds and provides key on smooth backgrounds. Suitable for skimming Artex, cement, concrete, painted and mortar walls and plasterboards.
