sixL was founded by Chad Leeper in 2016. Chad is a conscientious, resourceful and experienced property and ranch manager. He is a steward of property assets, the natural environment, land, water, livestock and wildlife. Chad has over 12 years of leadership experience in providing long-range vision, strategic planning and hands-on operation management of residential properties, ranging from 1,500sf to 15,000sf, as well as small acreage hobby farms and 10,000+ acre working cattle and trophy hunting ranches. Chad has an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master's of Agriculture degree in Integrated Resource Management from Colorado State University.
