Angela provides consultancy services to Stephens Rickard. She has a depth of background and knowledge in global Executive Search over twenty years; conducting searches in UK/London Markets, EMEA, US, Latin America, Bermuda, Asia and Oceania. She has worked across many disciplines successfully, completing mandates for C-suite, Senior Management and Non-Executive roles in (Re)Insurance, Financial Markets, and Start-up/Insurtech. She also trains, develops and coaches research teams.
Audry oversees the U.S operation, responsible for client development, search execution, and building the team. With over 20 years' experience in (Re)Insurance recruiting and executive search, Audry has worked for U.S. and London-based search firms and previously founded and managed her own company. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cornell University and has contributed her talents to various search and insurance organizations throughout her career.
David has over 25 years' experience of recruiting executives into the (Re)Insurance industry. Following three years working as a broker, David entered the recruitment sector and in 1996 co-founded Mansion House Executive, a boutique executive search firm focused on the Insurance industry. David joined Stephens Rickard from Norman Broadbent Group in 2020 and his focus is on the Retail Insurance market in the UK and Europe. David has completed search mandates for insurers, brokers and suppliers to the sector, overseeing Board, C-Suite and senior leadership appointments across all functions.
Harry joined Stephens Rickard in early 2020 to further enhance the firm's research function. He graduated from the University of Bristol in 2018 with a BSc degree in Economics and Management and then, gained professional experience in the Audit department of a West country based financial services provider. In his role, Harry is predominantly responsible for enacting meticulous research skills to support the front end of each project, but since moving into the role of Associate Principal, he is now heavily involved in the execution and delivery of the projects too.

Isabelle joined Stephens Rickard in October 2022 to primarily further the firm's research capabilities, whilst also assisting with its operational side. After achieving a first-class undergraduate degree in History from Queen Mary University in 2021, Isabelle went on to study an MSt degree in Medieval History at Oxford, working part-time as a research assistant for academic publications, and then, keen to return to London and pursue a career in the city, Isabelle found her place at Stephens Rickard. In applying her broad research experience, Isabelle enhances the scope of industry and candidate research conducted by the team to support their mandates and strengthen the overall search process.
Mandy has a background in both the insurance (she worked for Sedgwick) and Property markets and brings with her over 15 years of experience gained within high value sales and advisory environments. She brings exemplary organisational and communication skills which are invaluable to our business. Her role as Head of Operations involves responsibility for co-ordinating searches, arranging meetings and interviews and running consultant's schedules. In addition Mandy is responsible for the production of detailed search briefing notes and the day to day running of the office.
Rupert joined Stephens International, now Stephens Rickard, in March 2014 to enhance the firm's already strong coverage of the (Re)Insurance markets. He brings over fifteen years of international search experience, having successfully completed mandates across Asia Pac, EMEA and North America. Prior to joining Stephens Rickard, Rupert was a Partner at a leading (Re)Insurance recruitment boutique and a Managing Consultant at a specialist recruitment firm in London and subsequently New York, where he established the P&C practice. Rupert began his career trading fixed income derivatives for a prominent futures trading house. He is a graduate of the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Having worked in the reinsurance market for six years before moving into Insurance and Reinsurance Recruitment (and latterly Executive Search) in 1994, Mark founded Stephens Selection in 2009; in 2018 the company was renamed Stephens Rickard Ltd following Rupert Rickard's appointment as a Partner. Mark has a track record of completed mandates across all Board/Executive Committee disciplines with Broking and Underwriting leadership roles being a particular forte. Originally, Mark's client basewas mainly in the UK, but increasingly his focus has become global, with completed mandates in Bermuda, New York, Chicago, Sydney and Zurich as well as Paris and Cologne. He works with investors, risk carriers, brokers/intermediaries and professional services firms on a variety of projects.
Rachel joined Stephens Rickard in 2019 from a global insurance search firm where she was a Senior Consultant and Head of Research and Execution. She joined the team to further develop our research capability, search delivery and client proposition across the international re/insurance segment. She brings a wealth of experience across the international insurance and reinsurance markets, having worked as a specialist researcher and executive search consultant since 2007. Throughout her career she has successfully delivered a diverse range of board and executive level projects across all product lines and technical disciplines spanning the UK and London Markets, Bermuda, Continental Europe and Asia Pacific in particular, having spent five years based in Singapore. Rachel holds a BA in Hispanic Studies and Portuguese from Birkbeck, University of London and is fluent in Spanish having spent several years in Madrid.

Stephen is an experienced (re)insurance professional, having worked in most global markets at various points during his career. After starting his career in the North American property facultative market, Stephen went on to work in both Europe and Asia, underwriting both treaty and fac. He held senior global underwriting roles for a number of professional reinsurance companies, and spent time in the London market, playing a key role in the evaluation of start-up opportunities in Lloyds', as well as working for a period as Class Manager for a Lloyd's Syndicate. An experienced builder of teams, Stephen has regularly built underwriting teams across numerous regional and product line initiatives, including establishing underwriting networks across Europe and Asia. Having spent the best part of 30 years in Switzerland, Stephen is fluent in French and German.
