TasPIN is made up of local community groups, planning professionals, academics, and caring individuals from Hobart and across Tasmania who are deeply concerned by the Tasmanian Government's current approach to Planning and what it means for the future of our beautiful island state and the values Tasmanians care most about. TasPIN members all share the same concern - that the new statewide Planning Scheme and associated Planning reforms are not in the best interests of the community and will NOT deliver the best possible future for Tasmania.
