Dr. Robert Appling is a native of Southaven, Mississippi. He is the son of Bob and Virgie Appling. He is the son-in-law of John and Rita Stubbs of Ripley, MS. He graduated from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. He then went on to Barry University in Miami Shores, FL to complete his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree.
He completed a rigorous three year hospital based residency and trained under some of the finest and world renowned foot and ankle surgeons in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Appling returned home in 2011 to enter into private practice. In 2016, Appling Podiatry, PLLC was founded in order to continue to serve the people of North Mississippi and the Memphis Metro. He and his wife Jenny live in DeSoto County and are raising two beautiful daughters. Both are members of Palmer Baptist Church in Jenny's hometown of Ripley, MS.

Dr. Troy R Cappleman is a Family Medicine Specialist in Ripley, Mississippi. He graduated with honors from University Of Mississippi School Of Medicine in 1982. Having more than 38 years of diverse experiences, especially in FAMILY MEDICINE, EMERGENCY MEDICINE.
Mrs. Emilee C. Young-Camp grew up in Bernie, Missouri; parents the late Robert Lee Young Jr. and Kimbrala Hester Young where her family farmed in the Southeast Missouri region and graduated as valedictorian of her class in 1999; she shadowed the local hometown physician Dr. Neal Garner D.O. in Bernie, MO. She then went on to college at Jonesboro, AR attending ASU; where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with RN. Upon working full time, she did an internship at the MED in Memphis Trauma Intensive Care Unit and then worked at St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Young then went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Nursing with her Family Nurse Practitioner. While doing so, she was a professor at ASU teaching LPN's to RN's and did clinical rounds at various hospitals and nursing homes in Northeast Arkansas with her students.
Upon finishing her Master's Degree in 2007, Mrs. Young was recruited by a contracting physician group- Schumacher to North Mississippi Medical Center: A level II Trauma Center in Tupelo, MS with a 58 bed Emergency Department until 2010. She also worked part time for Baptist North Mississippi in Oxford Emergency Department and later became full time working there for 13 years. She helped start the NP midlevel program in New Albany Baptist Union County Emergency Department in 2011. She also rounds at Union County Jail in New Albany since 2018.
Mrs. Emilee met her husband while living in Tupelo and after dating for 2 years got married where they now reside in Dumas. Her husband is a native of Dumas, MS; Brian Lee Camp; he is a row crop farmer of soybeans. Emilee and her husband both love being outside, spending time with family, working on the farm, and playing with their dogs Bubba and Stetson.
Mrs. Young-Camp has had over 20 years of experience in the medical field and was called into medicine after watching her grandfather Robert Young, Sr. in eighth grade pass away from lymphoma cancer.
She loves the people in Tippah County and it brings her joy to help her community. She is grateful to be here at Tippah County Hospital where she can help friends and family get better and stay healthy.

Jeremy Graham, D.O., is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. Dr. Graham is a graduate of Kentucky School of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his medical degree. Prior to that he attended Mississippi State University and received his B.S. in Microbiology. Dr. Graham trained at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi in the Department of Emergency Medicine during his residency. While he was there, he focused on the treatment and management of critically injured and ill patients.
Dr. Graham has been practicing in the emergency department at Magnolia Regional Health Center since 2010. He has also been practicing in the emergency department at Tippah County Hospital since April of 2019. He is currently serving as emergency department director at both these hospitals. He works in conjunction with hospital administration and his ER colleagues to provide the highest quality of care in the emergency department possible.
Dr. Graham is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

We are pleased to introduce Mr. Bradley Hatcher, FNP-C, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has practiced near Chattanooga, TN for the past 8 years has come back home to Tippah County. He grew up in Dumas, MS, and graduated from Pine Grove, obtained his B.A in Biology from the University of Mississippi, his B.S.N. from Cumberland University, and his M.S.N. at Tennessee Tech. While in Tennessee, Mr. Hatcher worked at a private family practice, rounded at the local inpatient rehabilitation/long term care facility, made occasional home visits, and worked in telehealth medicine; he is also certified to perform DOT physicals.
Mr. Hatcher will be seeing patients, including walk-ins, in our Tippah County Health Clinic located inside the hospital lobby, M-F 8-4:30 starting Monday February 15th. He will also be serving as back-up hospitalist and working in our wound care clinic. He has vast experience in being a primary care provider, managing acute and chronic health conditions. Dr. Patrick Chapman of Ripley was named the CEO of the Tippah County Hospital on January 4, 2016. Dr. Chapman is a lifelong Tippah Countian and has advanced degrees in counseling psychology and healthcare administration. For the previous 14 years he served as Program Administrator for North Mississippi Primary Health Care, Inc. in Ashland, Mississippi.

Rachel Rolison, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, ACNP-BC, ENP-C is board-certified in family, acute care and emergency medicine with a specialty focus in TelEmergency Medicine. Mrs. Rolison obtained her Family NP at Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS in 2001, post master's certificate in Acute Care and TelEmergency from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS in 2003. Her focus included caring for trauma, burn, obstetric-gynceological emergencies, medical and neurological critical care patients. She has a vast range of emergency medicine experience working at NM MC-Tupelo since 2006, NMHS-Pontotoc, Magnolia Regional Medical Center-Corinth, NM HS-Gilmore, BMH-North MS, BMH-Union County, and Panola Medical Center. As a registered nurse she has critical care experience working in Intensive Care Unit and the Cardiac Cath Lab at NMMC-Tupelo . Her back ground also includes seven years experience working as a registered Radiologic Technologist at NMMC-Tupelo, NMHS clinic system and an orthopedic clinic after completing her associates degree in Radiologic Technology from Itawamba Community College-Fulton in 1993.
Mrs . Rolison serves as Administrative Director for the Relias Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program for Advanced Practice Providers. She currently provides emergency care at NMMC- Tupelo, MS, Tel Emergency Care at NMHS Pontotoc, MS, Magnolia Regional Health Center, and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County, as well as providing care part-time at our own Tippah County Health Clinic. Rachel is married to Gary Wayne Rolison, life long resident of Tippah County. Her daughter Anna Kate attends Ripley High School where she is a member of the Volley ball and cross-county team.

Dr. Saini is one of the founders of HealthQuest, P.C. receiving his medical training India and completing his Psychiatry Residency at the University of Tennessee in 1986. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychaitry and Neurology and certified by the American Board of Managed Care Medicine and the American Board of Disability Examiners. Dr. Saini is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi and currently admits patients to Lakeside Behavioral Health, Community Behavioral Health and Methodist Healthcare Hospital. He also consults at Baptist Memorial Hospital and Methodist Hospital. Dr. Saini is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the Tennessee Psychiatric Association and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. He enjoys working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders as well as chemical dependency.
