- Vice President of Accounting
Caleb Johnson, CPA, joined TRC in 2016 and is Vice President of Accounting. He has over 16 years of accounting experience, 12 in the commercial real estate industry. He leads the team responsible for all accounting functions.
Prior to his role at TRC, Caleb was a Fund Accounting Manager for LBA Realty in Irvine, California. He oversaw accounting duties for 35 properties.

Jesse Rivera joined TRC in 2023 as Senior Vice President. He was previously with Plaza Fiesta, LLC, based in Texas. Jesse is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in both finance and accounting. Recently, he expanded his role by transitioning into operations. His broad understanding of both disciplines allows him to assist with internal company and external tenant-related goals. Jesse also oversaw the documentation and due diligence for acquisitions and related debt financing. Before his tenure with Plaza Fiesta, Jesse served as Director of Accounting for Zocalo Community Development.
John Mankus is the Executive Chairman of TRC and co-leads the company's overall management. Before joining TRC in 2023, John was Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Plaza Fiesta, LLC, a real estate platform specializing in necessity-based retail shopping centers located in densely populated urban areas tailored to the needs of the Hispanic population they serve.
Prior to his role at Plaza Fiesta, John spent 17 years with Corporate Properties of the Americas as their Executive Vice President. He was a key leader of the team that established CPA as one of Mexico's leading industrial real estate companies, from start-up to over 30 million square feet of high-quality manufacturing and distribution facilities in prime locations throughout the country.

Rebecca Taylor joined TRC in 2017 and is Senior Vice President of Leasing. With over 23 years of experience in the industry, she leads the company's in-house leasing team and broker management.
Prior to joining the company, Rebecca spent 14 years at Weingarten Realty Investors, where she was responsible for leasing a 2 million square foot portfolio of retail centers.
Richard Ellwood serves as Executive Vice President of TRC. He focuses on development and capital market activities. Prior to joining TRC in 2023, Richard was President and Partner of Plaza Fiesta, LLC. He focused on real estate investments serving Hispanic communities.
Previously, Richard was Vice President of Real Estate at H-E-B, one of the largest privately held grocery companies in the United States. He also served as Managing Director of Latin America at Kimco Realty Corporation.

Scott Grady joined TRC in 2016 and is the Executive Vice President of Development. With over 20 years of experience in all facets of the retail real estate business, he is responsible for developing and redeveloping a portfolio of retail centers across California and Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining TRC, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Emmes, a New York-based pension fund advisor. He was responsible for acquisitions, management, and the redevelopment of multiple high-rise office buildings in Southern California.
Before Emmes, Scott was with Redwood Real Estate Partners as a Senior Investment Director, overseeing the asset management of a portfolio of neighborhood shopping centers on the West Coast.
Tim Pettit joined TRC in 2015 and is the Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for portfolio and investment management and all capital market activities. With over 19 years of experience, Tim is an expert in real estate investment, capital markets, and asset management.
Prior to joining TRC, Tim was with Equity Commonwealth (NYSE: EQC), a $7 billion office REIT in Chicago, as a member of the investment team responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities and leading dispositions.
Before EQC, Tim was at EGI, where he focused on opportunistic and distressed investing across a variety of sectors, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality.
Tom Kuehl joined TRC in 2016 and is the Chief Operating Officer. With over 18 years of experience, Tom is an expert in all facets of the retail real estate product life cycle, including tenant representation, leasing and asset management, shopping center acquisitions, and new and redevelopment analysis.
Prior to joining TRC, Tom was Regional Director of Acquisitions at Weingarten Realty (NYSE: WRI), a Houston, Texas-based shopping center REIT. Located in Southern California, he was responsible for sourcing acquisitions in excess of $120 million, including 8,000 Sunset Strip and Westside Center in Los Angeles.
Before his eight years at Weingarten, Tom spent three years with Cornish & Carey Commercial, a leading real estate brokerage firm in Sacramento, California, where he began his real estate career.

Victor Port joined TRC in 2016 and is the Senior Vice President of Property Management. He has over 18 years of experience in operations, property management, and capital expenditure projects. He leads the company's entire property management team. Before joining TRC, Victor was with Sunbelt Investment Holdings, where he was in charge of a retail portfolio totaling 1.5 million square feet.

Zach Mikelson joined TRC in 2015 and is Senior Vice President of Investment Management. He has over 17 years of combined experience in municipal consulting, finance, and real estate investment. Zach is responsible for investment management, capital market, and investing activities for TRC. Before joining the company, Zach was a key member of the capital markets team at Donahue Schriber Realty Group. In this role, he conducted portfolio analysis and strategy along with institutional and lender relations.
