Ann Lee Flynn

Dr. Ann Lee Flynn spent nearly 30 years supporting school and industry leaders focused on K-12 education technology. As the National School Boards Association's Director of Education Innovation, Flynn oversaw district membership programs, hosted over 100 school district and STEM corporate site visits, directed conference programming and vendor relations for the T+L conference, and established the "20 to Watch" and Technology Innovation Showcase recognition programs for emerging leaders and start-up companies. Flynn is a past President of NCTET and in 2014, was honored as one of the 30 Top Technologists, Transformers and Trailblazers by the Center for Digital Education where she is currently a Senior Fellow. She began her career in higher education at LSU as the Freshman Women's Counselor and recently established Flynn Strategies, LLC. Flynn received her B.S.E. and M.Ed. from the University of Arkansas and her Ed.D. from the University of Virginia in Higher Education Administration. She completed a DEI Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in 2021.

Athena Reizakis

Athena has spent over 20 years working in finance and accounting with a focus on managing and performing all day-to-day accounting functions, reporting, analysis, internal controls, and operations in both for profit and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes reconciliations, AR/AP, general ledger, invoicing, collections, preparing and presenting financial reports, budget development, forecasting and projections, client/vendor relations, process creation and implementation, and people management.

Beulah Davidson

Beulah Davidson brings years of hotel meeting planning and hospitality industry experience to TMMG clients. After working in the banking and insurance industries, Davidson began her meeting planning career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where she spent 27 years working in several positions including reservations, automation, marketing, and group sales. She planned and executed all the client familiarization activities as well as trade shows and client events for the Eastern Global Sales Office. Davidson earned certification in travel and tour operations from Taylor Business Institute (New York). She is the head greeter for her church and serves on the women's ministry board. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and world travel.

Carrie Hutchison

Carrie has experience in writing, messaging, copyediting, social media content, and more. She makes sure the voice, tone and structure of a written piece are working, and rewrites content as needed to make it flow more naturally. Carrie has served as an independent consultant for organizations including Georgetown University, NPR affiliate WAMU, and National Geographic Magazine. Before consulting, she was the Director of Corporate Communications for the National Geographic Society, where she worked with executives and explorers to tell their stories.

Crystal Miller

Crystal Miller has a diversified portfolio with demonstrated experience in organizational management and planning. Crystal just finished eight years at Hathaway Brown School, a private girls' school, where she directed their nationally recognized Science Research & Engineering Program and also served on the NCSSS Board. She was named the Ohio JSHS Colonel George F. Leist Distinguished Teacher in 2021 and 2022, and a Crain's Cleveland Business Notable Women in STEM in 2019 as well as a Women Living STEM in Northeast Ohio in 2019. Prior to teaching, she researched Alzheimer's disease at the Cleveland Clinic and nerve development at Case Western Reserve University.

Ebone Jamison

Ebone Jamison joins TMMG with 8 years of experience as a dedicated Human Resources professional with a broad knowledge in a variety of sectors including legal, government, and non-profit environments. Ebone has had a well rounded career in HR from working with HRIS systems, employee relations issues, professional development, and full cycle recruiting. Currently, Ebone is working with other non-profit organizations where she plays a key role in the implementation and development of the organization's policies and procedures, on-boarding and training & development.

Jenni Mitten

Jennifer McNally

Jennifer McNally brings her expertise in digital content creation and strategy and social media marketing to TMMG. McNally is a graduate of Elmira College. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading and watching her son play sports. She lives with her husband and son in Alexandria, Virginia.

Maggie Clay Love

Maggie Clay Love brings 35 years of nonprofit management and development experience to the TMMG team. She spent her first 20+ years actively and successfully involved in resource development and nonprofit management, including 11 years as Vice President for the American Heart Association and five years as the Chief Development Officer for the North Carolina Symphony. With strong experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and philanthropic partnerships, she knows that successful nonprofit organizations are more sustainable when they think and plan strategically, ensuring that they are maximizing their existing resources and opportunities. As an independent consultant for the past 13 years, Love focuses on the key elements of organizational capacity building - working with nonprofit boards and staff to identify, address and remedy core infrastructure challenges that may impede long-term sustainability. She knows that building strategic fundraising plans is critical to overall organizational stability. Capacity building areas of expertise include comprehensive organizational assessment; mission and vision alignment; strategic and tactical planning; and Board and staff leadership development and governance. When working with organizations on developing strategic fundraising plans, she also offers expertise in the areas of fundraising basics and best practices, including individual cultivation, relationship development and stewardship. Love holds a Nonprofit Management Certification from Duke University, is a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach (CALC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a BoardSource Certified Nonprofit Board Consultant (CNBC). She frequently works with foundations and grantmakers to support work that strengthens nonprofits.

Susan Gentz

Susan Gentz is an experienced policy specialist and grant writer who began her career working on education policy both as a former staffer in the Iowa House of Representatives and the United States Senate. Along with experience at both federal and state levels, she served as the Deputy Executive Director for the Center for Digital Education, tracked education issues for a government relations firm in Arlington, VA and was a policy manager at iNACOL (now the Aurora Institute), where she wrote reports to move the field forward with innovative learning models, best practices, and policy recommendations. She has additionally helped districts, charters, industry partners and nonprofits with advocacy efforts and has assisted in finding, writing, and winning several grants for partners. As the founder of BSG Strategies and partner at K20Connect, her policy thoughts and ideas have been featured in Tech & Learning, Fast Company, the American School Board Journal (NSBA magazine), Converge, and several other media outlets. Gentz is based in the Des Moines Metro area (Iowa). In her free time she enjoys a solid park day with her three young children, party planning, and explaining the difference between sweet corn and field corn to folks who did not grow up in Iowa. And surprising those same people when she knows nothing about potatoes.

Tosha Anderson - CFO

Tosha Anderson is a non-profit enthusiast who has committed her career to working with hundreds of non-profit organizations. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration; she is also a Certified Public Accountant. Anderson has spent over 15 years working with and for non-profits in many ways, including as an auditor, a CFO, a board member, a volunteer, and a consultant.
