Tomar Lampert & Associates was established in the mid 1970s by Stuart Lampert and the late Stephen Tomar. The business started on the east coast with the primary office located in Philadelphia. We grew quickly and took on many commercial projects across the country including restauranteur, Victor Drais Beverly Hills' hot spot, "Drais", as well as residential assignments in New York, Hawaii, London, Aspen, Paris, Indonesia and all points in between. The opening of our Los Angeles outpost was pivotal to the growth of the business and eventually led to us to relocate our Philadelphia office to Los Angeles...
