Ezell is a founding partner and Director of Talent Acquisition for TRG Talent Solutions, LLC. In that role he is responsible for Executive Search and Talent Acquisition for TRG. Prior to that Ezell was a National Workforce Solutions Advisor with the University of Phoenix where he was responsible for corporate development and building strategic alliances with major corporations across all industries. In addition to the University of Phoenix Ezell served in Corporate Human Resources with progressive leadership responsibility for Allstate Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance companies. In addition to the Diversity Roundtable, Ezell serves on the board of the Indianapolis Uplift Foundation In addition to his SPHR designation, Ezell earned his BS in Management from Ball State University and Masters in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Rachel Donaldson is a Sr. Consultant for TRG Talent Solutions, LLC. As the Sr. Consultant, her role is to promote Executive Search and Talent Acquisition for TRG in the Greater Atlanta, and surrounding areas. Prior to this role, Rachel worked in mental health for over seven years. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She also has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trident University Indianapolis.

As the founding President of Buckner and Associates Executive Search, Steve the business acumen and industry knowledge to identify and attract the senior level talent critical to your organizations success. In addition to national assignments from coast to coast, Buckner and associates has successfully completed international assignments in South America and Asia.
In his leadership role, Steve has established relationships with senior executives from around the country is a variety of industries to include engineering, healthcare, education and aerospace, to name a few.
In addition to his extensive experience in executive search, Steve have served in senior leadership at some of America's top companies. Prior to founding Buckner and Associates, he was Vice President/ Director of the world banking division at Bank of America. He also served as Regional Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Zellerbach Paper Company and Division Manager of Labor relations and Mack Trucks Inc.
Steve holds an MBA in Finance from City College of New York as well as well as an Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He also hold a B.S from Indiana State University Majoring in Psychology and Business Administration.
