QUANTITY SURVEYING - Key Persons


Frank Bouwmeester

Frank Bouwmeester started his career in Quantity Surveying at Eskom when he joint them in 1987. He studied through Technikon of Pretoria and did all his compulsory practical work through the Quantity Surveying department of Eskom until 1990 when he completed his Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying. After a year of National Service he joint the Quantity Surveying department of Eskom and work under them in various regions and projects until 1998. In this period he completed his B Com degree in Economics and PPM courses through UNISA and UNISA School of Business Leadership respectively. In 1999 he moved over to a multi disciplinary company called Infracom as a Project Manager managing various Telkom and private projects. It is in Infracom that the real interest in Project Management started as well as new property developments. By 2002 he started his own company called Inkwe Project Managers doing Project Management and Quantity Surveying in the tough private market. All types of building projects were done and he has a vast amount of experience in construction building projects. He was also involved as a partner in a new flat development in 2008. He is also involved in the TUT's (Tshwane University of Technology) security upgrade project. Brammond Ntlamele started his career with a Building Manufacturing Supplier in the 1990's. He excelled in his position and soon worked himself up to External Sales Marketing Manager. Brammond has excellent people skills and Clients return to him for the positive experience and results. He believes that the after-sales are just as important as the initial sale. He has a strong internal drive to follow and adhere to procedures and has therefore implemented the ISO 9001 accreditation for Corobrik.
