Having a Graduate degree in a commerce, Ms. Kaur has more than 10 years of experience in banking sector, she has worked with HDFC & ICICI before joining Ujala. Her unsurpassed expertise and great leadership qualities has contributed in the growth of Ujala.
Mr. Singh carries a rich experience of more than 15 years. His dynamic style has led him to specialise in work -force management .He has trained himself to handle multiple task effectively.
Mr. Anil Kumar Saini has got rich experience in NBFC, MFI and service industry. He possess strong expertise in sales, recovery, client services and business expansion. He is a great team player with strategic thinking and planning. He is not only a business oriented person but has got good understanding of general administration .
Post-Graduation and MBA (Finance) and carries more than 18 years of experience in accounts and finance. Having 10 years of experience specifically in NBFC sector. Worked with organisations like Voith Paper fabrics Ltd (earlier known as Porrits & Spenser (Asia) Ltd) and Enersave Consultants Pvt Ltd. He is a valuable resource to the Society and makes sure that all statics of Society are managed smoothly.
Mr. Khanna, a seasoned person handling a core area of the society. He is well-versed with the integrities of the Administration and Stock Management. His responsibilities includes ensuring extraordinary quality delivery in his vertical .
Mr Kishore is a Graduate from Delhi University with 20+ years' experience in Administration and support services. Establishes own standard of performance within overall policy of Budgetary limits and with direct accountability for final results. Virtually self -supervising and committed for growth.
Mr. Amit Sharma is a Graduate from Delhi University, A man with a vision to reform the Society, has developed Ujala Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. He has designed and effectively implementing comprehensive strategic plan and displayed remarkable work ethic in every way to enhance the Society Goals.
Mr. Rajinder Singh is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University with Microsoft certified engineer and Microsoft Certification from STG International. Mr. Singh is having about 30 years of experience in software development, implementation, and building IT infrastructure. Mr. Singh had worked with Hindustan Motors, Berger Paints India Limited, and Satin Credit Care Network Limited. Mr. Singh Independently developed complete NBFC accounting software (Multi-user) for Satin Credit Care Network Limited. Apart from his major role in IT Mr. singh was also an important key player in operations too.
Mr. Vijay Pal being an MBA has a deep understanding of Business strategies. In the initial stage of career he has handled various verticals and today he is heading the business of all verticals. A go-getter and self-driven person who motivates his team for next level growth.

Ms. Rekha Palaria has got a versatile experience in different domains like administration and supervisory role. She is holding a graduation degree from Sikkim University. Ms. Palaria is handling administrative duties of Ujala with full effectiveness. Her easy going attitude keeps her connected with people. She is also associated with various NGO's and contributing to the society on the whole
Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma holds degree in Economics from Delhi University with vast experience of 27 years in finance industry. His commitment to the cause of Society is unparalleled, his vision includes a nation that is self-sufficient. His dynamic style of management has led him to specialise in team building, Society's transformation and work-force management. It was under his visionary leadership UCCSL has earned the status and expansion in multi-states.
