April Whitney

April is a Hearing Instrument Specialist who is originally from Bermuda but has lived in Florida for most of her life. April's strong desire to help others lead her to the hearing healthcare industry where she has been assisting others with better hearing for over 8 years. April strives to provide excellent patient care and an improved quality of life through better hearing. What April loves most about helping people hear better are the long-term relationships she builds with her patients, their families, and friends.

Bill Essex

My goal is to continually improve my skills and help my patients with their hearing needs to the best of my ability. I will never get tired of the joy it brings me knowing that I helped someone with their hearing loss and improved not only their life but also their family members. In my free time I love to play competitive tennis and won the Cape Coral men's singles tournament.

Charles Leslie White

Les White proudly serves as a Hearing Aid Specialist. Les is originally from south Alabama and moved to Gainesville, FL in 2011. Les started working in the US Hearing Solutions Chiefland office in 2009 and was drawn to the profession because of family members who suffered from hearing loss. What Les loves most about his work is seeing the improved quality of life that his patients experience. Les's work is centered on building rapport and strong relationships with his patients in order to best understand their needs and hearing challenges. Outside of saving hearing lives, Les enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor recreation.

Dr. Bailey Campbell

Dr. Bailey Campbell earned her Bachelor's degree from The University of Mississippi and went on to earn her Doctorate in Audiology from The University of South Alabama. Dr. Campbell enjoys connecting with her patients to better understand their hearing goals. She recently moved to Niceville, FL with her husband, Jake. On the weekends you can find them either on the water or spending time with their dog.

Gina Ruccione

Gina Ruccione is a HAS/HIS originally from Queens, NY. And moved to Florida in June of 2010. Gina earned her BA in science and started working at Audibel in the Tampa Bay area where she started working in the hearing industry of October 2015. She was drawn to the profession by a friend who she always admired, and who seemed so happy to help people in a truly positive way that impacted their lives for the better. What Gina loves most about saving hearing lives is she knows the patients are having a much better quality of life being able to hear and understand those about them, whether they are family, friends, doctors, or the cashier at the store. She knows she makes a big difference in the hearing health of her patients. Gina strives to be and the best for her patients and goes the extra mile. She focuses on patient satisfaction with the instruments and customer service in her everyday work. Outside of saving hearing lives, Gina loves hobbies such as bodybuilding, tennis, and pickleball.

Hayley McCammon

Hayley McCammon is a HAS. Hayley is originally from Pascagoula, Mississippi and moved to Pace Fl. in 2006. Hayley attended Belhaven College and started working at Audibel Hearing Center Pensacola in 2016. Hayley began working in the medical field in 2000 and was drawn to the hearing industry because of the true impact made in every patients' quality of life. What Hayley loves most about helping people hear is the long term relationships built with her patients and their families. Hayley strives to make a difference in each of her patients' lives by providing excellent patient care. Outside of being a hearing professional, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kenneth A. Folsom

Ken Folsom is an Audioprosthologist, NBC-HIS, ACA. Ken is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. Ken attended Godby High School and started working at Beltone in 1974. Ken began working in the hearing industry in 1974 and was drawn to the profession because his friends' mom owned Beltone Hearing Aid Center. What Ken loves the most about saving hearing lives is that he the fact that he can help a patient hear again or hear even better. Ken focuses on changing lives in his everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Ken loves spending time with his family and fishing.

Kyle Orfield

Kyle Orfield is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Kyle has been working in hearing healthcare since 2014. Kyle's path to hearing healthcare was driven by his desire to passionately pursue a career that provides quality of life to patients daily. During that time, he has helped thousands of patients reconnect with the family, friends, and co-workers through better hearing. Having spent numerous years taking his grandmother to her medical appointments, Kyle believes that any journey to helping a patient begins by listening to their concerns with a servant's heart. Outside of office, Kyle enjoys any activity that involves his two children.

Paul B. Lucas

Paul B. Lucas is a graduate of the University of Florida and a Hearing Aid Specialist who is also Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. While the NBC-HIS accreditation is not required to practice, coming from a family of school teachers instilled in him the value of maximizing his education, especially when that knowledge can benefit others. Paul grew up in a family with hearing loss and the impact it had on him motivates his desire to assist others regain their quality of life and reconnect relationships to this day. Having been a hearing healthcare provider since 2009 and also working on the administrative side of the industry has given Paul a broad experience range which helps him work with his patients to find individualized treatment plans for their unique needs and lifestyles. When not in the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his two children, wife, and Yellow Labrador. He is passionate about fishing, cars, and all things football.

Yoelkis Valdes

Yoelkis Valdes is a Florida licensed hearing aid specialist. Yoelkis was born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Cuba, where she graduated as a Licensed Nurse just before coming to the USA in 1995. After learning a new language in 1999, she became a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Yoelkis has improved her knowledge and skills working with ENT Doctors and Audiologists over the years and enjoys helping hearing impaired patients to improve their quality of life. She loves spending time with family, outdoor activities and traveling.
