Ann Radke joined West Michigan Works assisting job seekers with unemployment and job search techniques. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Ferris State University. Previously, Ann worked as a retail manager, ran her own business, and managed local elections.
In her free time, she loves to cook and is a fierce competitor on the tennis and pickleball courts.

Brandon Dellaposta received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Michigan-Flint and has experience in project management. After working closely with students at University of Michigan-Flint Admissions Office he found a passion for helping people, leading him to workforce development after moving to the Westside of the state from Grand Blanc. Brandon enjoys being a part of the business world by meeting and connecting with employers and seeing the community grow as he helps others.

John Rumery has been involved in the West Michigan tech community for over 15 years, including managing SoftwareGR and most recently as the campus director of Grand Circus Grand Rapids (coding bootcamp).
Outside of work he stays active as a volunteer programmer for 88.1FM, WYCE (Uncle John, every other Saturday night, 6-9pm!); gardening and composting; playing with his best buddy, Marmee the rescue dog; and grilling as often as possible. Marlene Brostrom is a consultant for the HireReach initiative. She has 10+ years of experience in workforce and community development. Marlene has worked alongside hundreds of employers developing solutions to address their talent needs and administering state and federal training programs. Marlene has served in various roles at West Michigan Works! She helped to expand and lead the Manufacturing Industry Council, building a regional network of hundreds of manufacturers to address the short and long-term needs of the industry. Most recently Marlene served as the Apprenticeship Success Coordinator, working with the Department of Labor to develop and expand registered apprenticeship programs in West Michigan.
Marlene received her master's degree in business administration from Cornerstone University and received her bachelor's degree from Northwood University with a dual major in marketing and management. Trevor Mier was born and raised north of Detroit and fell in love with West Michigan while attending Grand Valley State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in management and marketing. He entered the health care field shortly after graduation and quickly developed a passion for the industry and being able to make a difference for members of his community. Trevor worked in health care for three years before starting with West Michigan Works! in May of 2020. He is immensely proud to serve as the industry council lead for the West Michigan Health Careers Council and to have the opportunity to positively affect change in the West Michigan health care industry.
