Roles over the years have included Installation technician, Installation Supervisor, Senior Service Technician, Service Management and Commissioning. In the last 10 years his focus has been on Project Management servicing major clients including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and IGA.

Starting West Group in 2014, David's vision has been to build a team of highly skilled engineers, managers and technicians to deliver cutting-edge technology to the Australian market. With his passion for building happy, high-functioning teams and driving the industry forward, he has established a reputation for delivering on his promises. David has significant experience in HVAC and Refrigeration engineering and industry innovations. His expertise lies in new technologies and compressor systems. David's unique skillset has fuelled his passion for better industry-wide practices, and the research and development of innovative technology and equipment for the betterment of West clients, the industry and the environment in which we work.
With a master's degree in Professional Accounting from UNSW, and together with the West Group executive team, Estee manages the direction of the business strategy and drives our innovative solution delivery. She is an expert in financial accounting and business management, with experience in Australia and abroad. Estee has an excellent track record in influencing profitable business change and marketing initiatives based on her in-depth knowledge of the Refrigeration and HVAC space and West Group.
With over 10 years' experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry with a focus on commercial and Supermarkets, starting as a Service Technician, Harjeet now brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience. His hands on approach and proactive planning have allowed challenging projects to be completed seamlessly. Harjeet has successfully delivered a range of minor projects and on a daily basis has a major focus on ensuring servicing and preventative maintenance is carried out to the highest level.
For over 30 years, Mark's meticulous work ethic has ensured the West standard of excellence is consistently delivered on every project. He has worked in the industry from the ground up, starting as a Refrigeration and HVAC technician, and his focus is now on developing the engineering capabilities for West Group, ensuring they are implemented group-wide to a consistent standard of excellence. Mark has also completed extensive training in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems using CO2 as well as chilled water plants.
Peter has 20 years of experience in all aspects of the HVAC industry including estimating, servicing, project management and maintenance contracts. He has been involved in high-profile and challenging projects which range in project value from $100K to $7m.
