Innocent holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Honours Degree, an MBA, an MPhil in Engineering Management and several other impressive qualifications. He is a registered professional civil engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and is a member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) and the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE). With experience spanning 27 years in civil, structural and municipal infrastructure development - design, construction management and project management, he is able to drive the crucial aspects of our business forward and lead our technological advancements into the future.
Shawn holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, from the University of Johannesburg, a PDBA, PGDip and MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. With over 14 years of experience in the civil engineering, construction and infrastructure environment, he is responsible for leading the organisational growth and sustainability strategy to create stakeholder value.
Stephani holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA qualifications, and has more than 25 years of experience spanning a wide range of strategic project management, governance, and operational management activities. With extensive experience in pivotal roles within the engineering sector, she brings a wealth of expertise from prominent engineering consulting firms. Her in-depth exposure to business enables her to rapidly analyse key business drivers, interpret all available metrics, and develop strategies to improve business performance.
