Charlotte joined the team in September 2024 following completing her A Levels. She is completing her apprenticeship training with us and is currently studying towards her AAT exams.
Diane joined the team in the Spring of 2024. She is our office administrator and personal assistant. Diane has previously worked in the finance industry for many years. She is our friendly face and voice of the firm and is your first point of call when anyone contacts us.
Jacob joined the firm in 2016 straight out of leaving sixth form. He gained his Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification in 2021.
Jacob is our Assistant Manager and in his spare time, he enjoys watching sport and keeping active. He's a member of his local hockey team and in the summer, spends his time on the golf course.
Kathryn joined Rose Rowland & Co in June 2019, gaining her Chartered Certified qualification in April 2021, and was made Associate Director in September 2023.
Prior to this she worked for over three years at another local accountancy firm after obtaining a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham.
Being a farmer's daughter Kathryn has a keen interest in the agricultural sector and enjoys assisting clients with all their accounting and taxation requirements.
In her spare time, she enjoys helping on the family dairy farm, looking after her Brown Swiss cattle and going on adventures with her two dogs.
Kim joined the firm in April 2022 and handles all things payroll. Prior to this she had 14 years' experience in payroll working within a large payroll bureau.
In her spare time, she enjoys theatre trips, reading and anything outdoors (to try and keep fit!).
Stephen joined in February 2022 and is currently working to achieve his ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
In 2021 Stephen achieved a degree in Pharmacology from Newcastle University. He also has a passion for cooking and baking which he has held since childhood.
Stephen comes from a farming family and is often called upon to help out grading potatoes or providing meals for his brothers when they're working late in the fields.
Will joined the firm in September 2021 as our trainee accountant and is currently working to achieve his ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. Prior to this, Will graduated the University of Leeds with a degree in Economics. Outside of the office, Will enjoys keeping active and watching sport, particularly rugby.
